Faela was very friendly and professional. Gave some good, interesting advise. We will be looking to go ahead and use her services in due course. Only down side was trying to see information on a phone. Wish I had been advised earlier to use a laptop. Communication before the call was good but maybe a day earlier would have been better to be prepared.

My property got viewings as promised and was only on for a few months and sold as promised for the middle of the range of 2 figures and received feedback on these and updates from sales progression while going through the sale but if it meant I would have to go with their solicitors I would go with another estate agent as no stress with sale and viewings but trying to get someone to return your call or even answer your call no way
