This guy is a total scammer, i returned over £150 woth of goods and he ever refunded me. He just ignored my emails. I tried to talk to someone about it and got lied to. Just ignore at all costs. Plenty of other places to use.

I ordered four wire basket drawers with runners, fitted them and then discovered that one of the soft-close mechanisms was faulty. I contacted EKF and explained the problem - they were very apologetic and arranged for replacement runners to be sent, which arrived promptly. I can't fault EKF on the quality and speed of their response. When I was in business one of my customers said 'We all make mistakes but it's how you deal with it that makes the difference' - this was no mistake, rather a manufacturing problem, but the same applies and EKF dealt with it pleasantly and promptly.

I purchased an Iviro pull out corner cupboard shelf unit from this company in July 2025 on the recommendation of a local kitchen fitter. The unit is fairly robust however the mechanism which connects the shelf unit on the door to the shelf unit inside the cupboard relies on screwed in bolts that come out with use. Three times in two different places so far. The problem is that these bolts do not have a retaining nut. I have contacted the company about the problem but they just do not want to know. They asked me whether the bolt concerned had a nut (they don’t appear to know) and I’ve heard nothing more despite requesting a response.

I wish I'd read the reviews on here first.
Ordered a drawer and chose the correct size, when the item arrived I assembled everything and went to install only to find the drawer was 30mm too small for the gap. On top of this the drawer didn't even fit the runners provided or match the assembly instructions.
I tried contacting the customer services and was met with a stubborn and rude response, standing by a shoddy product not fit for purpose and blaming the customer.
Highly recommend avoiding and going to a more reputable company.

I recently moved into a new flat and noticed that some of the kitchen extrusion had come off. I managed to find the exact part I needed on expresskitchenfittings.com, and it was delivered really quickly.

Great service, and the part was just what I needed to get the kitchen sorted. Very happy with how smooth and fast the whole process was!

I orderd 2 500mm pull out draws I received 2 390 mm draws, with the runners the draws are 430mm according to the customer service it will fit in a cabinet up to 560mm they will magical grow 130mm.

All their draw sizes are 100 -110mm smaller than advertised it's a scam.

Update: the customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional stay away go to ikea or something.
