Quick turnaround and delivery, actual number plates look good but the GB logo is smudged on both plates and not as crisp as I would have liked, they are a private number plate for my hubbies 60th so a bit disappointing

No reply after failed delivery
I have messaged on FB and emailed twice about our order: No phone number to call so this is the only way I can maybe get through to them.
I can’t understand why nobody has replied to me about this yet?
The number plates were insufficiently packed and only one arrived in a ripped flimsy plastic bag – see pics taken on my doorstep just after delivery, again.
We have just missed our selling slot on we buy any van and the price they offered us has now gone down.
Please, someone, look at this case and get it sorted in tonight’s post for next day delivery, please.
I have sent photos showing how the flimsy bag has ripped at the end.

Quick delivery but unfortunately the number plates were printed with an incorrect letter. When I flagged this I was asked to send a photo but then didn’t hear anything back until I chased. Eventually received the correct plates which were fine but the whole transaction took longer than I hoped.

Poor Customer Service
Don't use this company. I ordered plates on Friday, still haven't got them. They are now in "Jersey" - I am in Scotland! Sent several emails, no reply. I just want a refund as have had to go elsewhere.
