Extra Charge, Madison, AL. Sullivan Street

Madison, AL, Sullivan Street location
Brought my granddaughter's 2012 Honda CR-V in for an oil change and for a door locking problem. Told they could not work on lock problem, but would change oil & filter, plus perform multiple checks.
Work was completed, but the final bill was much higher than expected. Someone decided it needed full synthetic oil, at an additional charge of$40. I never asked for synthetic oil, and the owner's manual does not call for it.
You never get a second chance to make good first impression. They failed the first one.
