James is a consummate professional backed by a very good product. I ordered the Premier facemask (with printing to promote my training company). The mask is superb as it is cotton, 3-ply, washable and has a nose clip and ear adjusters. The printing looks great and the whole order was delivered a week after I first made contact with Express. James made the process very straightforward with no hidden "stuff" and really made me feel as though my business mattered to him which I feel is a standard often missed in modern trading. I have already recommended Express and James to other small businesses and will continue to do so. I will also be making more orders! I am so pleased with my clothing. The quality of the clothes is great and the printing / embroidery is very smart. I went for the £190 package to outfit me and a my landscaping team. Everyone is thrilled with their merchandise and we now look super smart on site. I upgraded the fleeces and paid extra for my contact details to be printed on the back of each garment. Worth every penny in my opinion. Quick turnaround and arrived when I was told they would. I will be purchasing more from them for sure.
