If we could give them a ZERO star rating, we would!! We ordered the left and right front seat extenders for a 2023 Jeep Gladiator. They made sure to take a full $600 from us and then later advised the right side was not available. We wanted to return the left side so we called them and were advised by "Griffin" to return the left side to their Brea, CA 92821 address. We made sure to get a tracking number which shows the part arrived there on July 13, 2026 at 10:18am. We contacted "Griffin" several times. He was very rude when he did respond but then ghosted us. No refund, no response. Next step is our bank and the BBB.
Save your time and your money!! Stay away from this company... DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!

This just happened to me as well! I am furious! I bought the Nissan Rogue before I bought the brackets. I emailed them four times before I bought the Rogue to make sure that they had them. They never emailed me back because I thought that they thought it was a dumb question because it says they have them on their website. I emailed them back today, three weeks after a label was made with USPS, and they responded that the product was out of stock. If I did not email them, they never would have told me about the brackets. Now, the Nissan Rogue does not appear on their website anymore. Imagine that! They are only refunding me $325 instead of $375. I had ordered two sets of brackets for my 2006 Honda CR-V, and everything worked out well. I would never buy from them unless they send you the parts first before you buy the car.

This is a scam company. I advise not to purchase anything from them. They will take your money and run.

I ordered a seat extender for my vehicle as the leg room is a bit cramped. I saw others say that their products were well made and easy to install. I placed my order on March 14th. The order e-mail stated that it may take 2 weeks to ship, which is fine as I wasn't in a hurry to receive them.

On March 25th, I received an e-mail that my order was shipped by UPS. The next day, my payment was charged. I thought all was well and I would be receiving my brackets in about another week depending on shipping time.

About a week later after not receiving anything, I checked the UPS tracking number and it said that it is "Ready for UPS" and that the shipper created the label but UPS has not received the package yet.

I sent an e-mail to the customer service address on their website on April 6th. I received no response. I sent another follow-up e-mail on April 11th. Again no response.

Since this was going nowhere, I opened a case with the BBB on April 17th. They attempted a few times to contact the business, but they also received no response. No wonder they have a F rating. Meanwhile I kept checking the tracking number in hopes that the brackets actually shipped.

Since it's been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received my brackets or any response from the company, I have initiated a chargeback from my bank as I feel this is the only way I will get my money back.

I do not suggest purchasing from this company at all as they will happily take your money and ghost you. I understand that shipping and manufacturing delays may happen from time to time. Those issues can take awhile to resolve, but the fact that I have received no communication from the company is beyond insane. If there was a delay in the actual shipment of the brackets or the lead time was longer than two weeks, that would have been nice to know before I made the purchase. Instead, they took my money and are not communicating with me or making any attempt to correct the issues.

I have read on forums and other review sites that this is now the regular operation of this company. They take your money and don't give you anything in return. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered extender rails Feb 11. They said ship in 2 weeks. Now Mar 18. No rails. No ship date. No answer to my emails. No company phone #. Feels like a scam. Did they just go out of business and left the web site up to collect what $ they could from suckers?

Bolt holes misaligned. Customer support accuses me of not seating it down all the way. Sent in pics as proof. No response.

On 22nd of sept 2024 I ordered an extension bracket here. The order was confirmed and would be shipped 2 weeks later. On that same 22nd I realized that I didn't need the brackets and could solve my problem another way. Since the order wouldn't be shipped for 2 more weeks and the t&c didn't say anything about cancellations, i assumed it was still alright to cancel the order. For 2 weeks i didn't get any response back even though i sent emails daily, trying to cancel the order.

After that 2 week period i received an email saying the order was ready to be shipped, to which i again responded that i wanted to cancel the order and that i've been trying to get in touch for 2 weeks. They finally responded and said they would cancel and refund the order. A month later i still heard nothing about my refund and emailed them again multiple times, but of course, no response. Now its almost 2 months after i first emailed to cancel the order and I still don't have my money. At this point I contacted my credit card provider to see if they can revert the transaction, since i'm not expecting this store to ever pay me back. Don't buy anything here, if for any reason yiu need costumer service, they simply don't have it. It's not worth the time and energy to deal with this company.

I ordered a set of parts to extend my seat so I could more easily fit in my Honda CR-V. The installation process which is supposed to take only about 30 minutes and involve no cutting or drilling involved a great deal of modification to the vehicle to get the parts to fit.I was left with holes in the carpet and it took over 6 hours to complete. There were no applicable instructions as they claimed there were, and carpeting and trim had to be removed and part of the covering for the emergency brake cables under the seat had to be cut with a hacksaw to make it work. They said many people had installed them with no problem, which is hard to believe since it is a standard model I had purchased new off the lot at the Honda dealer. Their only offer was for me to take the time to take it all apart again and send the parts back for a refund (which would take a leap of faith on my part to expect). It would leave me with a ruined interior, still cramped seat, and probably eight hours of wasted time. I would never trust these people and advise others to do the same.
