I have been trying to cancel a service that does not deliver its purpose, but no human has been able to talk to me about it. Emails come and go with different names, which I am sure are just automated replies. The day I expressed my frustration with the service, I started receiving unauthorized charges, so I had to block my bank account. Once it was clarified that only two old charges were mine, I tried to close the card through the app, but it did not allow me to do anything, all the information is blank. I need to close this card by sending them a check to the account they could point out for this. This experience of trying to close the extra card has been getting worse and worse. I have been paying their fee for two years with no good tangible results, even though I don't use credit cards (I only have one), and when I asked for an upgrade, it was denied. There are no humans from Extra Card to fix this problem. Dealing with this 2 months now.Dont use this card, save you the headache!

Build your credit while using your own money only bad thing is you do get a fee yearly

A couple of months after I started using my account, I got notification after notification about my credit increasing. It really did and still is helping my credit score. Also the members are always pay quick with dealing with any issues you may have.

By using my card for everyday expenses, I've been able to see significant improvement in my credit rating. I highly recommend their services, and their customer support has been top-notch. Extras customer service is rapidly fast, they take care of you within an hour or two, I started using extra last month to build my zero credit score, I got my physical card within a few days of submitting all my info and within the 2nd week I had my first score through experian followed by Equifax on credit karma the app is also very helpful by providing you with a deep dive about what credit scores do what and which ones you need to apply for certain loans through their mini web videos, and I personally like how easy the app is set up to maneuver around.

You start of with $100 of purchasing power and gradually go up to $300 as you make your payments with extra, I linked all my recurring payments from Spotify to Netflix with my extra card and despite it being a small payment extra makes it count !

Customer service os better than any card out there!

They got back with me super fast and where very helpful…however my bank that I link w the card is unlinked again!
