To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Extract is a web-based tool designed to make downloading video and audio from supported online platforms simple and accessible. The service runs directly in the browser, so users do not need to install additional software or create an account to use its core features. Our focus is on providing a clear, lightweight and straightforward experience. Users submit a supported media URL, choose the available format or quality, and Extract processes the request so the resulting file can be downloaded directly to their device. Extract is continuously maintained to improve reliability, compatibility and usability across desktop and mobile devices. We monitor the service closely and use technical feedback to identify failed downloads, compatibility issues and areas where the experience can be improved. The service is intended for legitimate personal use and for downloading content that users are permitted to access and save. Availability can vary depending on the source platform, the media itself and changes made by third-party websites. User feedback is important to the development of Extract. Reviews help us understand how the service performs in real-world use and where we should focus future improvements. Our goal is to keep Extract practical, transparent and easy to use.
