I needed to swap BTC to TRC20 quickly because of network fees. The exchanger confirmed my request almost instantly and offered a better rate than most automated platforms. The final transfer took less than five minutes, and they provided full transaction details, making the whole process absolutely transparent.
These are scammers. They accepted the money for an exchange through their third-party service, and after I sent them the payment receipt, they claimed they didn’t receive the funds. Then they started asking me for a video, but my bank strictly forbids providing any videos to third parties. In the end, they didn’t complete the exchange and just took the money. I lost 200 dollars.
