I had a terrible experience and I am not able to navigate their page to add my review on it. I ordered a small and paid for expedited shipping. Within 2 minutes of ordering, I reached out to customer service and asked them for an extra small. I made sure to send several emails since they said that that is the best method and I heard nothing. My dress arrives (again, that I paid extra to have shipped quickly for my Birthday) and it looks baggy on me and fits in all the wrong places. Because I got this dress for my birthday, the return window was short so I emailed customer service again to let them know that I was dissatisfied and of course no answer. I went to a tailor to take the dress in but because it is a corset dress, they could only take it in so much.

So, no I have no birthday dress and I paid $200+ for a dress that I am not going to wear. I am either going to sell it on ebay or give it away. Pissed is an understatement.

Horrible customer service and clothing. Sizing chart is off and pictures are deceptive. I contacted them to inform them of issue I had with the zipper which is a manufacturer’s defect, they refused to provide shipping address to return the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!! Save yourself a headache and frustration.

I have tried contacting customer service with only one response and it was a different policy than listed on their website. Website says I have 14 days to return and response says I have 7 days to return but they have not contacted me back after 4 times trying to exchange the dress. The sizing is way way off. I ordered a small and it is a size 0 but measurements show on the website to be a 4 or 6. Do not shop here!

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered my dress 10/7/21. It was delivered 11/11/21. After waiting over a month, they sent me the wrong dress. I have tried contacting them regarding the delay and no one responded but when the dress came in wrong, I contacted them again and they sent a msg that they would not refund me per their refund policy. How you think you’re gonna send me anything other than what you advertised and what I ordered and take my money. I’ve already started the dispute process. Extra Doll is a rip off!

I bought a dress that was very poor quality and didn't fit. No one can assist me in getting an exchange. Also the dresses they sell here are priced way higher than other places. since the dress didn't fit and I couldn't exchange it, I started looking for another dress for my event and came across the same dress I got here, for less than half the price on Rose Dress. If you're looking for anything here they probably sell it on other sites way cheaper and they will allow a refund or at the very least an exchange. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY that will just take your money.

I can’t get of hold no one in this company I email them so many times but no respond. I have a bridal shower to attend in 2 days and yet don’t have a dress to wear they’re phone number is invalid I need my refund back the dress I ordered it was just thrown in my back yard and was all damaged this company is scam

This company is the biggest fraud I have ever known. Like everyone said they do not respond to emails. No way to contact them. I ordered 2 dresses from them. They keep sending me bogus tracking number that says no tracking number found. Please stay far away from them. Never received any product from them. No response and frankly they do not care.. how I wish I never stumbled upon this website. I ordered the dresses because I am traveling. I leave in 3 days no dress, no money! Shameful fraudulent stars. They won biggest betrayal!

They DO NOT answer their emails!! Number is also invalid!! I way to contact them! I needed to correct the shipping address and the shipping method, and I contacted them right after I order the dress in 10/23/21 and still no reply!!! I’ve emailed them 4 times already!

Unfortunately I didn't read the detailed return policy.
You can not return , only exchange for the same dress.
The exchange has to be done within 7 days and you have to contact them first. They don't answer your emails and the phone number on the website is bogus. So I am screwed, and stuck with 2 dresses that don't fit.

The company steals images from a London based company called House of CB. The dress came from China and was not the same as the one pictured on the website. I tried to exchange it for a different size, since they don't do returns, hoping that would make it fit better. They never responded to any of my e-mails and there is no other way to contact them.
