Avoid at all costs

Do not use Ageas insurance / Property Consortium. Awful and practically non existent customer service. They have left a 77 year old widower high and dry for nearly a week with a hole in her roof. After chasing and looking at a few photos they have accused her of not maintaining the roof and therefore will not arrange for it to be fixed for her. Offered a payment but she has to sort everything herself. Absolutely disgusted at their lack of customer service to an elderly, vulnerable lady. Heaven knows if a payment will ever be received. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible work for Tesco insurance claim

Terrible experience getting a wall rebuilt using Tesco insurance through this company.
The work is a real bodge job with bricks that are the wrong size, wrong colour and do not match the existing wall.
Terrible communication with sub contractors, unreasonable delays and agreed work not done.
Am waiting to see the impact on the value of my property.
