For years never used numbing cream but decided that I was having two full arm sleeves and a full back tattoo. The numbing cream for me works for a good 6 hours feeling nothing even on the inner arm elbow. Elbow crease obviously you know when it’s wearing off but if your having many hours of tattoo this is great why have pain when you don’t have to. Important to put on an hour to two before tattoo and cover up with cling film and i found that on one occasion I didn’t wash it off properly before the tattoo was started and did have some irritation the next day this was my fault not extreme numbing as it does clearly say clean wash the cream off I’ve tried a couple of other products before I used extreme numbing and they don’t even compare in effectiveness. I’ve tried the black and platinum editions and they are both just as good as each other. Recommend both products. And extreme numbing cream company posting is very quick and the price for a minimum of 6 hours pain relief is a bargain especially as it does what it says it’s going to do

I applied the cream around 8.30 am had my tattoo session at 10 am and have been completely numb! It’s not 4.45pm and it’s still numb! Would 100% recommend.

Not used it properly yet just for a patch test but wow product works grate

I've used the original extreme 3 times before and it was great. This time i used the platinum edition thinking it would be even better but unfortunately I felt everything on my chest tattoo. I will buy the original one from now on

Having used a very well known numbing cream for tattoos, which did work well for a an hour or so I have to say Extreme Numb is by far the best numbing cream I have ever used.
I bought this cream back in February and this was my first use.
It was put on 2hrs prior to the tattoo starting, it went on like a thicker paste type consistency, I wrapped it air tight cling film as recommended.
A 6hr back piece (60% on the spine)then commenced and I didn’t feel any pain, I could feel the pressure of tattoo machine but that’s all I felt.
This is outstanding cream and I can’t recommend it enough, I can honestly say if ur our concerned about the pain of a tattoo don’t be by using this numbing cream.
I will definitely be buying more for my next tattoo

Extreme numb premium me personally would say it’s the best on the market have you used loads of different creams Were the only last 2/ 3 hours
Extreme numb if put on correctly can last for five hours + I had a shower dry the area and put a thick layer on and wrapped up with clingfilm for two hours having my big back piece done and with the cream I sat for 5 1/2 hours and not a problem highly recommend this product. I’d say the premium is better than the original as I’ve used both and now I’ve just purchased the extreme spray for it to stay numb longer for when shading. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Omg the platinum edition is just the best I used it for belly and both rib tattoo omg I never felt a single thing by far the best on the market if you don’t handle a tattoo please don’t hesitate to buy this cream

Absolutely amazing product. Sat for three hours not even knowing if the needle was on my skin. Why I have never tried this before, i do not know. Now need a bigger tube for my next sitting. Found that a thin layer also did the job an hour prior to appt rather than packing it on. Ten out of ten

Great product, first time using numbing cream I went for the platinum edition after reading reviews used the product for a kneecap tattoo and didn’t feel a thing except in areas where I didn’t apply it properly. Would highly recommend and will be using this again for my knee ditch in the future.

Me and my wife tried platinum and it worked amazing she had had a 2hr piece on the inside of her bicep and didn't feel a thing. I myself had a 2½hr piece after her on the back of my hand and only felt rubbing the entire time we applied the cream and wrapped it about 1½hrs before our session. My hand was still numbed well over 6hr later.

Amazing product. Second time I have used it and was able to sit through 4-5 hours comfortably on a stomach piece. Which I know would not have been possible without this. I will be back again for more.

I used the platinum edition today and wow I didn’t feel a thing my tattoo was just over 3 and a half hours and it lasted really well will definitely be ordering again

They sell the best numbing! I recently bought their platinum numb and balm. I used the numbing cream on a 3 hour shin tattoo recently and I didn't feel anything! my leg was completely numb all the way through. Their balm is really good too, just bought some more numbing cream and loads of balm.

It didn't work for me

All I can say is wow! This stuff really works! I had my first 6 hour tattoo and it was a breeze! I was still numb in places over 7 hours later.

I put this cream on for about an hour and a half before my tattoo. I did not feel a single bit of a 3 hour calf tattoo, with lots of color and shading. My leg is still numb 7 hours after applying. I will most definitely be purchasing and using this again!! 10 out of 10 product!
