Definitely saved as a favourite site to buy from. Ordered a couple of items from extreme fitness (full set of resistance bands and some gym rings to use outdoors). Both orders really competitively priced and fulfilled really quickly with free shipping (bonus!); and delivered super quick. Always updated on the status of the order too.

Definitely one of the best sites around for home gym kit!

Terrific experience with Extreme Fitness. Good communicators and customer service and care second to none. Highly recommended.

I bought extreme fitness squatrack around 3 years ago
In fairness it is a rock solid piece of equipment
The time as come where i wish to add excessories to it so I have sent an email enquiring as to where I might find add ons I have had no response on that note I will NOT be buying from them again I feel they have taken my money and have no interest beyond that.

I have received my order but the pair of 8kg dumbells were missing, dealt with Paul who was very helpful and sent the missing weights. Very pleased would use this company again

5 star for customer service. The communication was great and the two guys that came to install were fantastic. They were courteous and polite.

What a refreshing change from some of the other so called fitness equipment suppliers.

Communication from Paul was informative and prompt, items were delivered exactly when he said they would be, took 3 days to arrive, compare that with the 3 weeks I've been waiting for a bar from Wolverson and being ignored by Primal because they've massively overshot their promised delivery date. The quality of the Hi Temp bumpers and rubber fractional discs is easily of commercial grade, very good. I'll definitely use again.

Never showed up, had to chase for answers and then told the spec I order they don't do (yet still advertised).
Then asked for a refund and still had to chase.

"Paul" (the Customer service guy) doesn't care. Just comes up with excuses.

No email was sent which was admitted to by Paul and only one attempt to call was made, from withheld number(multiple hours after stated) and no message with number to call back. No second call was attempted. Hence why I had to email again 24 hours later.

Item is still being advertised as available and for sale but it clearly wasn't.

The fact they are trying to justify their lies, shows why you shouldn't use this company at all!

Issue never been resolved, promises on getting the missing parts. Assembling instructions are very poor. Luckily I only ordered one cable machine as I was planning to buy 2 of them. Not recommending this company at all. Very disappointed.

I was waiting for my belt longer than expected. Long story short like always deliver guy deliver to wrong adress. But Paul was amazing with helping me out and resending me new belt.
I been using my friend belt form Extreme Fitness and I know will give me new PBs at my next comp

Paul made ordering and delivery very easy. Great cable machine and great price. Delivery driver was keen to help and carried it in for me. I tried another company before I found extreme and they only cared about the money but Paul clearly wanted to get me what I needed in my budget I will continue to buy from them. Don't think you will get better customer service anywhere else

Absolutely fantastic company, prices are great, equipment is brilliant and the customer service is outstanding, could not ask for more. I will certainly be ordering a lot more from this place.

Ordered a product that is sadly not quite fit for my use due to it's design, so we worked out a return.

Ordered a bench and half rack of this company, however, the bench came with a slight fault. The company were very quick to reply to my email and sent a replacement part immediately. The rack is very sturdy and of good quality. Would use again.

Bought all my equipment from EF. Great service and team. Happy to recommend any day :-)

the online page for some barbells was very misleading, made it appear that you were buying a set of bars at different weights when in fact you were just buying one. Didnt give you the option to select what weight you want, so they just sent a 20kg bar which wasnt what I wanted. After a few emails the agreed to take it back and as a 'way of saying thanks they wouldnt charge for the return'. We organised a date to have the bar picked up and no one arrived, Ive since sent 3 emails asking for the bar to be picked up and for my refund and had no response. Poor customer service and misleading website

Great pierce of equipment. The instructions could have been a little better but great bit of kit.
Was a nice quick checkout and only took 3 days to turn up.

There is nothing I can offer in the negative. There was an issue with a price listed online. I contacted EF and they replied first thing in the morning and sorted the issue. I placed and order and it arrived quicker than the estimated delivery. Well packaged, good condition. Good experience.

It came really quickly... Left at my front door...
The bar is excellent. One minor gripe there is no mention of weight on the bar ends.
