I only received about half of my package because it was damaged during transit. I contacted the support desk right away, and they responded quickly and immediately sent out a replacement. Mistakes happen, but their customer service was fast, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved.

Placed an expensive order and was never shipped, still shows as processing after 5 months, no response from company, but they still send promotional emails.

I recently ordered a variety of peptides. I've had 2 successful orders with the company, so figured I would make a larger one this time. I was supposed to receive 1x Melanotan II, 1x Oxytocin, 1x PT-141, 4x Selank, and 2x DSIP. Instead I simply received one of each of the peptides, leaving me short 3x Selank ($50 each) and 1xDSIP ($30 each) for a total of $180 missing from my order (plus the tax and shipping). I sent messages on the website, via email, and have called as well, but to date, no response. I truly hope they reach out to make the order fully complete and I get to change this review accordingly, but with the current lack of communication from their company, I am not sure that will take place.
