Thank you for sharing your feedback with ExtremeTerrain regarding your recent service experience. We apologize for the frustration this situation may have caused you.

We do offer the free shipping on our orders over $149 and yes your order did qualify for this option. On our website for certain items, when an order is being placed, there is a note next to the photo sharing the "Get it by date" for the item. For your order we show that this date was noted as 02/20 - 03/02. We apologize for this confusion and we are reviewing our site to see if we need to make changes or improvements to the website.

I also understand your frustration when we issue you a credit that their is an expiration date. This was a promotional credit that we issue to our customers to thank them for their loyalty or a way to apologize for an error that occurred with their order or service experience. We did issue an additional promotional credit to your account for the delay in shipping your order, and this credit will be valid until 8/31/2026.

We first, would like to thank you for being a member of our Military, Medical and First Responders Cashback Program. We are happy to offer this program as a thank you for the service you provide to our country and our communities.

With the Military, Medical and First Responders program here are the benefits we offer:

As a verified Military, Medical, or First Responder you will receive 5% ET Cash Rewards Sitewide, 10% ET Cash Rewards on Select Brands or 20% ET Cash Rewards on Open Box.

When you sign up for our VIP Program you receive the same benefits but you also receive the Welcome reward ( a one time $20 credit), free shipping on orders over $25 and an annual $10 reward credit.

If you would like to cancel the VIP membership, you have 14 days after you purchased your membership to request a cancellation and be refunded. If you elect to keep the membership, but you do not want it to auto renew contact us and we will be happy to turn off the auto renewal for this subscription.

We were unable to view your order with the information shared in your review and see if we are able to refund the VIP membership if you would like to have this cancelled.

I was happy to hear that Jan was very helpful with assisting with your sale.

When a customer elects to pick up their order from our warehouse, the order is normally available that day, or the next one. We are unable to confirm why there was a delay in you receiving the email sharing that the order is ready to be picked up.

We do appreciate your understanding of this situation, and due to this inconvenience, we issued a credit to your account that can be used on a future order. Please note, the credit is valid until 5/31/2026.
