I make an order ( 217885 ) on November…

I make an order ( 217885 ) on November 20th by nov 25th got email from Anthony Johnston( sales man) recommending cancel the order and get refund i cancel and got hit with $90 dollars for cancelation fees when one of the sales man told me to cancel because time of production for this order was going to longer and no ETA so if you order make sure no cancel because they gonna steal your money i have the email where he recommends cancelation and offering refund but never mention 30% fees for cancel 😡😡😡😡

Scam company very carefully

Be very careful, this company is a real scam. They hold your money and tell you that it is a special order that is already in process and they supposedly don't know the information of how long it would take, etc., then they try to convince you to wait but they never tell you how long to wait. Then when you get tired of waiting and ask for a refund, they come to you again with the story that it is a special order to keep your money. They are a scam. Do not buy here, you will regret having done so.

Company is a scam

I ordered a tire for $364 which they promptly charged me within seconds. I never received any future communication for a week after the order so I called them to get an update. They told me the tire was held up because of tariffs and didn't know when it would be delivered. They told me it probably wouldn't be in until next year. He then said he would cancel the order if I wanted and I agreed. I then received a refund of only $255 and I called to see why the full amount was not refunded and they told me it was a cancelation fee from the vendor but he would go to bat for me to get it refunded. I never heard back from him after a few days so I emailed them several times and never got a response. So I called today and he said he reviewed my order and talked to the vendor but couldn't get them to refund the cancelation fee. I argued with him for several minutes and even asked him if he felt justified in charging me a cancelation fee for something they didn't have or could even get and he just kept telling me they're was nothing he could do and there was no one else I could speak to about the fee. I lodged a complaint with the better business bureau and I will contact legal services. Do not order anything from this website... it's a hoax!

These people are criminals

These people are criminals. I ordered 2 tires and they are on backorder, but if i cancel my order i will be charged 30%. I tried to talk to them about it but all they say is that i can choose a different tire that won't match or i can pay the 30%. Salesperson on the phone says there is no way at all to avoid this 30% fee even though they don't have the tires to sell me. I have to let them hold my money until either the manufacturer ships my tires, or lose 30% of it. So i guess they are just holding some of my money until they decide to give up. I contacted the better business bureau about it, maybe they can help.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I do not recall ever having such issues with any company before! I ordered tires off of their website, only to find out they wanted more money because they raised the prices on them AFTER I already ordered and paid for them.
Long story short, I wanted my money back and after a WHOLE MONTH and a trip to my bank I got my money back! No product was ever shipped to me, no good costumer service communication at all!!! The bank, my bank I go through was able to get me my money back!!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLEEEEE SERVICE! Shame on you for being a scam!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They stole 1400$ from me. Long story short I ordered 5 rims for a Jeep wrangler from their website, where they stated that the rims were “in stock” however they were not, I received email later telling me that it’s special order and they have to be ordered from the manufacturer, I agreed to wait, 2 years later I have not received the items and they keep saying that they’re waiting for the manufacturer to make the rims. I decided to cancel the order and get a refund and they told me that there will be a 30% restocking fee, that didn’t make sense to me because the item was never in stock but oh well at this point I was sick and tire and just wanted to get this over with, I requested for a refund and here we are 6 months later with no refund and no response from them, every time I call they says there’s not direct line to the refund department and that the phone number that they have online it’s for sales only. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE THEYRE DISHONEST AND WILL SCAM YOU WITHOUT HESITATION.

This company uses the Affirm payment…

This company uses the Affirm payment system as a way to hold your money hostage. I’ve only used Affirm twice in my life, the 0% interest was tempting. The wheels that I ordered were never noted as special order, back ordered, or delayed. As soon as I called to find out about my order, they told me this information. Encouraged me to order some thing at a more expensive price. I then requested to cancel my order and the representative, Shawn Scott, laughed and said he would never have to cancel my order because I paid with affirm and they won’t make him cancel my order as long as he has it in his system as pending. Holding my money hostage now, no communication and I imagine that I’ll never see the wheels and it’s going to cost me all the money to avoid a credit hit. Hindsight being 20/20 there are so many bad reviews out there about Extreme Wheels. I just should’ve checked first. Straight thieves.

If they are out of stock they will charge the customer a cancellation fee

I ordered a set of 4 Vertini brand "Hennessy" wheels from the extremewheels.com website. The wheels were chosen for their unique design and also in the particular diameter, offset and bolt pattern that would work with my car. After my order remained in "pending" for a few days, I called extremewheels and was told that they wheels were not in stock and were no longer in production. Despite the wheels being listed on their website, they could not fulfill the contract because they could not supply the item that was to be supplied under the contract between myself as purchaser and they as seller. Presumably the seller did not want to cancel because they wanted to try and sell me on some other wheels (I am told this is common practice in the custom wheel market) but if the wheels were impossible to get as they said, then it would make no sense for them not to cancel at my request. It is not even a true cancellation, the contract itself should be voided as if it never was because performance by the seller is an impossibility. The contract was for a specific named item and not just for general interchangeable goods. Since extremewheels was just letting the order sit until they got around to me, I told them to cancel and refund me so I could go and get my second choice before that also sold out. Extremewheels said there "might be a cancellation charge" I laughed at them. What company charges the customer a fee because the COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE WHAT WAS ORDERED??? But sure enough, extremewheels issued only a partial refund. They refused to refund the last $202.50. I complained to PayPal who have been very unhelpful it not being able to see that what the seller is doing is fraud. The seller has effectively stolen my money because they could not perform their own contract. I am sure they have done this to other seller's as well. PayPal is asking for this report as extremewheels have repeatedly refused PayPal's request to refund the remaining $202.50. Extremewheels should be shut down for fraud. What they have done is knowingly list unavailable products to bait prospective purchasers, take their money, and then extort the purchaser to buy something else they don't want or lose some 15% of the order value for something that is only within the seller's control and not the purchaser's. It's not my fault they list unavailable products on their website. It is not my fault they are out of stock. It hasn't even cost them anything to cancel the voided contract because nothing was shipped on no costs were incurred in relation to the invisible product they don't have.
