Hi! The delivery was fast, and the dress is beautiful! I love the material, love how long is the dress (im 180cm) love that back and straps are adjustable. ordered and received in just over a week. such a cute dress, true to size. i’m 5’5 135lbs and ordered a size 10.
the dress does seem to be a bit sheer on the hanger even though it’s double layered, but not so much when it’s on. still very pleased with it and can’t wait to wear.

This dress is very beautiful and it fits great. I am 5’9, 145 lbs and I ordered a 10. The package was super beat up and opened when it arrived (which I realize is the fault of the mail carrier, not the vendor), but the dress was fine luckily. Extro & Vert still gave me a 15% refund due to the condition of the package. I really appreciated their customer service in this situation and would buy from them again.

The dress was a bit long for me (5ft2) and was made of a thinner quality than I thought. However it was still very pretty and accentuated my curves! I think women with larger busts may have a bit of an issue in this dress than those with smaller busts. The customer service was great though! I initially put the wrong size and they immediately helped me get the correct one. Thanks and I can’t wait to wear it out.

My package has apparently been lost and I still haven’t heard back from customer service after I reached out.

I ordered a dress on 17/09, and when it arrived it was not quite the nicest fit on me. So I created a return slip, organised a return using Parcel2Go and received confirmation from the this service that my parcel had been delivered to the warehouse using the address provided by Extro & Vert on the returns info. However, I never received a confirmation or refund from Extro&Vert and despite numerous emails, and now I have called, I am still waiting for a refund.

I bought this dress and wasn‘t to sure how the quality will be.
I was surprised to see the good quality and the very nice fit!

Sadly for me it was a little bit too long, do I knew I needed to cut it.
After that, it looked amazing and I‘ve gotten lots of compliments how it looked.

Dress colour was a significantly different shade than what was shown in pictures. Material was also thin and see-through.

Delivery was on time. And the dress quality was amazing!!!!

I ordered 2 dresses from their website, one DAKOTA glitter mini dress and other Isabella red maxi dress. Both really high quality and Versatile +true to their sizes. Will definitely order more.

What a terrible experience - one which we are still experiencing. I have never known such terrible customer service. We purchased 2 dresses for our daughter’s graduation. Neither fit and both have been returned. We have had emails confirming receipt of the goods but are yet to have a refund issued. Quick to take the money but no one will return any of our emails. We have emailed continually but with no response to any. We have called the so called number but no one picks up or answers. We have emailed the email given below, but no one responds.
A terrible experience. I would not recommend the company at all.
We are very disappointed and have had our money taken from us when it should be rightfully returned to us.

Bought a waistcoat for a birthday present for the end of October, Was too small despite looking at the measurements. Followed all instructions to return and receive a bigger size. It’s now mid December and despite confirming receipt of the return and following up several times with no response, finally got a response saying the replacement had been sent, not received. Have now demanded a refund…

The pants are really cute. However, shipping was fairly slow, the material is thinner than I would expect and the zipper flat out does not work, like at all. It doesn’t zip up or down and is completely stuck in the up position. There was clearly no quality control before it went out for shipment. Super disappointed.

I absolutely love the dress I ordered, it's beautiful and was perfect for an autumn event! The quality is fantastic and it arrived quicker than I had anticipated.
