Title: My Account Was Suspended Without a Clear Explanation or Proper Communication
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Exunu. My account was suspended without a clear or convincing explanation, and I have not received any meaningful communication from their team regarding the reason for this decision.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I believe users deserve transparency, a clear explanation of any account restrictions, and a fair opportunity to understand and resolve the issue.
Suspending an account without providing a satisfactory explanation leaves users feeling ignored and undervalued. At the very least, Exunu should communicate with affected users, explain the reason for the suspension, and provide a proper appeal process.
I hope the Exunu team takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer support and account suspension policies. Users deserve transparency, accountability, and respectful treatment.

Hello. We want to clarify this for other readers. This account was suspended because it broke our Terms: several accounts were paid for with the same cards through one referral link. To protect our members and the card owners, every payment involved was refunded in full. The reason is shown on our sign-in screen, and we answered your email about it. If you believe this is a mistake, reply to that email and we will look at it again.
