Mieser Kundendienst und defekte Produkte
Leider werden einem Lügen unterstellt wenn man defekte Produkte reklamieren will und diese nicht wochenlang aufhebt und wegschmeißt weil sie nun mal nicht funktionieren. Der Kundendienst ist absolut lächerlich und inkompetent. Kundenwertschätzung sieht anders aus als bei Exvape. 25% aller gekauften Produkte waren mangelhaft (schmeckten nach 3-4 Zügen direkt verkokelt/verbrannt. Bei dem Preis ist das leider ein Nogo! Wenn wenigstens der Kundendienst kompetent und nett wäre und sich kulant zeigen würde könnte man glatt darüber hinweg sehen. Leider ist das Gegenteil der Fall. Daher verdient nur 1 Stern (würden 0 gehen würd ich auch 0 Sterne geben).
