EYE CORNER HAVE ACCUSED ME OF BEING "AN EXTREMELY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER, WHO HAS SENT THEM THREATENING MESSAGES, FROM DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS".
WHAT THEY HAVE FAILED TO TELL YOU IS THAT 99.9% OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE DISGRUNTLED BECAUSE OF THEIR PRODUCT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THE FACT THAT THEY APPEAR TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE BUT BLOCK YOU, SO THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CONVERSE, MEDIATE OR RESOLVE YOUR CONCERNS.
BECAUSE I AND SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE GET BLOCKED FROM EMAILING OR TEXTING THEM, WE HAVE TO FIND ALTERNATIVE METHODS, (EMAIL ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER), IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PUTTING OUR POINTS AND CONCERNS ACROSS.
PLEASE PEOPLE, JUDGE FOR YOURSELF.

SORRY EYE CORNER BUT YOUR ATTITUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS A FOUL SMELL, ONE WHICH NO HUMAN, DRACULAR OR FATHER KELLY, SHOULD BE EXPOSED TO.
THESE ARE THE VERY REASONS WHY I VALUE TRUSTPILOT, THEY ALLOW US TO LET OTHERS KNOW WHAT OUR TRUE EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN.
THE ONLY THING TEC ARE SKILLED AT, IS ROBBING CUSTOMERS AND "T E C-ING" THEIR MONEY FROM THEM WITHOUT LEAVING THEM SATISFIED.
THEY ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN WILLING TO REPLACE THE LENCES IF THE COLOUR WAS NOT CORRECT, (THE COLOUR WAS NOT MY PROBLEM). THAT IN IT SELF, SHOWS THAT THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING AND ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY.
THEN THEY BLOCKED ME FROM TEXTING, EMAILING OR CALLING THEM.
WHAT PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DOES THAT?
READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE, DON'T END UP WITH ILL FITTING, ZOMBIE LENSES THAT YOU SIMPLY CANNOT WEAR AND HAVE BEEN LEFT TO PAY A FORTUNE FOR.
STOP TRYING TO GET TRUST PILOT TO REMOVE MY REVIEW.
YOU WILL NOT BE SUCCESSFUL BY TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

I have purchased many lenses from the eye corner and they are without question, the most realistic lenses.
Ive ordered my lenses 2 weeks ago they came on time. But I had problem with those lenses. They were irritating my eyes. I contacted the eye corner and told them about the lenses and Without questioning me they send me brand new pair of contact lenses straight away. I love the eye corner lenses. They are the best and they always give great customer service.

I’ve been buying Solotica lenses for 5 years now and I always get compliments on how natural and mesmerizing they look on me. The one thing that I love the most about these lenses are that they have no limb ring around so it is hard to distinguish whether they are your real eyes or contacts and that’s exactly what I was looking for in lenses.
