I am a first time customer and cannot speak highly enough about FreshGo! Customer Service with Sean was amazing with a quick response and solution to my problem. I received my order promptly and the quality of the lenses are incredible. I have dark brown eyes and the colored lenses I ordered completely changed that!! Cannot even notice my own dark brown eyes. The lenses are very comfortable to wear. I will definitely be placing another order for sure!!

Fast delivery, great product and excellent customer service!

This is the first time I placed order with freshgo. Hands down it was best experience the Quality is great the color is what I wanted and the customer service is excellent. I received my order the same week.

What a SCAM! Horrible customer service and full of RUDE and DECEITFUL people! Buy your contacts elsewhere! I never received the contacts that I ordered, so I asked for a refund because I had to purchase locally and spend more money when my FreshGo order never arrived. Customer service ignored me basically until I made an official dispute with PayPal. At this point, FreshGo LIED and claimed they had my signature. It was a LIE because they just sent the order with regular tracking and a signature was not required. FreshGo asked for me to get proof from the post office of non-delivery but that is only available IF it was sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED! Basic tracking showed delivered, but I never got them because when I got home from work, there was no package and my neighbors didn't have it either. I suspect it was delivered to an incorrect address. I had waited another week in case someone on the West side of my street got it instead as that has happened in the past. Buy locally and pay more to actually receive contacts from a company that cares about you!

I highly recommend this company for colored contacts, I have ordered 5 pairs of colored contacts and absolutely love it.
The quality, fast shipment and accuracy in description is on point.

Recently purchased pair of contact lens from eyefreshgo and had a small delay due to carier wrong delivery and eventually got rectified. Eyefreshgo team sent me a quick response during the whole process and assured their support. Definitely a Five star service and will buy from them again. They have a quick and awesome customer service.

Love this company for contacts. They have so many choices and always look good. I’ve worn this during regular days and for halloween. They always ship fast and so easy to use. All my lenses are non-prescription.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years now. It is difficult finding natural looking contacts and FreshGo definitely takes the prize for always having them.
I recently purchased eye contacts and they weren't the color I chose and contacting customer support wasn't what I wanted to do. However, I did and Sean was above and beyond on how to correct my order and thus, new ones will be sent out. I will remain a loyal customer even if boo-boos are made due to their professionalism 👍

Best color contact lenses in my opinion. Súper comfortable, and natural looking and feeling. I have bow ordered about 10 because my sisters love the contacts too. You won’t regret it . Amazing costumer service is the cherry on top.

Really recommend the contact lenses, super comfortable and I've been using them for about 3/4 years. Also they are very helpful I placed an order for non prescription lenses and I needed the prescription lenses, emailed them and got a respond really quick and they replaced the contact lenses and I didn't get charge for product or shipping.
