I have been ordering from this company for over 3 years.
I accidentally duplicate my last order. They quickly refunded my account and canceled the duplicate order.
The shipping is average.

I picked the wrong lenses
When contacted the rep explained and offered a solution in a timely manner

I loveeee freshgo lenses sooo comfortable, I barely remember they are in, doesn't make my eyes red , doesn't dry out. I love them. They definitely enhance the beauty of your natural eyes 😍🥰

Overall ive had a good experience with eyefreshgo in the past ive boughten sharingan contacts and they worked amazing they came with a protective case to which was really convenient

Following up from my first review I rated very low as it started off a little slow with the delivery , but I’d like acknowledge that Fresh Go had contacted me not long after, apologising for the delay in shipment and also not seeing my emails earlier. They then found my order and sorted it right away with the express shipment and the proper tracking number. I have received my order in good condition! Thank you very much for taking the initiative to fix the errors and for making sure I got my parcel. Very satisfied with the outcome

I love the colors of the lenses that I’ve received…. The first time I ordered them, I didn’t receive anything, but right away they reimbursed my purchase and I reordered again and received them on a timely fashion. I will keep on trying different colors for the future. Highly satisfied.

This is my first time writing a review and all I have to say is I’m obsessed with these contact lenses! I bought the hidrocor ocre.. Such a beautiful natural colour and they are so comfortable and don’t move around in my eyes, I’ve tried so many other companies and was shocked that I finally found my fav lenses. Will be a customer here forever!

I buy from them all the time for almost 3 years now. Great quality and feel like nothing when you wear them. They are the only one with the cool lenses and best prices around. My whole family loves them.

These contacts are great for a subtle change up of eye color. Easy to apply and remove. I will definitely be ordering more colors!

When I realized I had been shipped only 2 pair of contacts, I got in touch with customer service and they were fast with the solution. Sean apologised for the error and refunded part of my money within 8 hours. Freshgo's customer service and Sean is why I'll be buying all my contacts from them from now on. And the color and workmanship is much better than any of the competition in the same price range. Freshgo is AAA+++ in my book.

They are beautiful color although I never wore contacts before so it takes some time to get use to them, it also seems like they slide off easily so I’m wondering if I am putting them on correctly

I missed having colored contacts after eye surgery and freshgo made ordering very easy and they have a great variety of colors!
