This is fake website. They only take money and say that you didn't order or order is from different website. People in US should file case against them. I'm writing this after your reply to my above review. I had order from your website only .FR39284 is my order number. And in email for queries they had provided your email address which is mentioned below. So yes your website is fake.
What a great reply wow ...today is 20 Oct and now I'm writing this after reading your reply. I placed order on 6 Oct and it showed shipped on 9 Oct. And then in transit from 10 Oct and till now. I am not hungry like you for taking free & don't provide service to Customers. If they have any platform to show screeshot on reviews I will definitely show when I had placed my order. Today again you change your reply today is 1st Nov . I got notification from trustpilot that freshgo has replied . Again I'm repeating that I dnt want your free lens . Nobody is such hungry that they will keep on fighting on review with your fake company for free lens. Got it . I have all evidence against you. Dnt play tricks by keep on changing your replies.
