While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

BeCareful

I am still waiting for my prizes from the Ricola, Porky-Pockets, Snickerdoodle Swirlers, and Unique & Enjoyable Manual Toothbrush contests. My designs were selected for all of the aforementioned contests. Unfortunately, many of these contests end without any announcement of winners and some are even removed without a trace. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the legitimacy of the contests and their prizes. It is impossible to verify the names of entrants or determine who actually won. Additionally, winning designs are not showcased, and attempts to contact them via email have been futile. This lack of communication is unacceptable and raises doubts about their practices.

Fraud alert Eyeka

Too bad there are not 0 or negative stars to rate Eyeka with! Yes, the company is a scam. Your entries are collected for free and you get nothing from it but wasted time and effort. There is NO customer service and NO option to get any response from them. But this is true today for ALL "crowdsourced" sites on the web as there is no law to stop internet criminals posing as legitimate businesses.

A disaster of a company

I'm surprised that world-famous brands associate themselves with Eyeka. It's a great idea, ruined by totally shambolic administration and customer service. The briefs are interesting and with well-known companies, but it's one of the worst-run sites you will ever encounter. People who work hard to submit ideas are treated with zero respect - the communication is at best chaotic and unhelpful, at worst totally non-existent. Deadlines are almost never adhered to, with it often taking more than half a year to hear who won. These problems are all very easy to fix, but no one cares about fixing them. If you submit ideas I don’t advise wasting too much of your time.
