As always, prompt service and great customer care

Lost my first pair in the ocean. I had them for years. Loved them so much I bought another.

Firstly, they sent me my frames without a prescription. Then, once I raised this, they said they would get back to me and didn't.
Secondly, they flat-out ignored me when I asked if I could return or possibly trade these in via email.

They have yet to follow up with me.

I'm now stuck with glasses without a prescription, which I will need to pay elsewhere to be reglazed, risking the integrity of the frames.

Communication is not a strong point of this company. There are better options!

My concerns were dealt with professionally by Mr Jonathan,and the whole experience was wonderful.

What is happening at Eye respect? Their excellent customer service is in question. I have had nothing but positive dealings with the company for 5 years and love their product. However, as of this month I cannot get a response to emails or by telephone calls. Is there something wrong?

I love the Ana lll sunglasses! They are beautiful. I was surprised to receive them promptly from UK, since I am in the US. Even if the website only shows the pricing in British currency, purchasing was easy.

Quality brand, glasses that last in style and substance.

I absolutely love eye respect. I bought a pair 10 years ago that are still fashionable now but unfortunately I sat on them and sort of broke them. I was absolutely devastated as we moved to the USA But they deliver globally so I have ordered my new pair which are fabulous and I can’t wait to get them and wear them for 10 more years. The quality is outstanding the styling is fabulous and I will never buy any other pair of sunglasses 😎

Delivery was slightly delayed - That's my only reason for not awarding 5 stars. Everything else was first class

I sent two mails about my order but you have never answered! I am really not enjoy about my experience!

The sunglasses are very nice and of high quality. The case for them though Is cheaply built and you risk breaking your specs if you travel with them. You expect A premium case with premium specs.

With that said, once you buy these glasses expect to be ignored and not have your emails responded to. Pretty sad that for such expensive sunglasses that their customer service is practically nonexistent. I will not be a repeat customer.

And as you can see by the response below, they focus on the case and take no accountability for their Garbage Customer Service. Fantastic..

The product was fine once received but was held up in customs for a month because Eye Respect failed to include the proper documentation.

Eye Respect is by far my favourite place to get frames. So many ace frames that push boundaries but remain classic. Always amazing to deal with too. Genuinely just all positive.

What a pleasure it is to have sunglasses crafted and hand built in the UK. The design and build quality of these sunglasses makes you never want to take them off. Have just purchased my fourth pair..
