Great experience ordering frame only
Ordered a frame only, which was delivered quickly (in 1 week instead of the indicated 2 weeks) and in perfect condition. Thanks to the detailed descriptions on their website I could locate an exact replacement for my current frame which I had broken, and then transfer the lenses myself.

I ordered one of the Lacoste sunglasses on 29 June 2020 with "cash on delivery" payment method.I live in Lovosoice where is in Ustecky Kraj district in Czech Republic. I kept in touch with Chris who is specialist at eyerim.cz. He helped a lot and delivered product on 13 July 2020 (14 days later) as he committed. I really loved product, appreciated.

Romanian office is a disgrace
After receiving my glasses with a different payment method than I requested, which I could not honor because I don't carry cash during this pandemic, two representatives of the Romanian office (Antonio and Nicu) proceeded to insult me continuously from calling me uneducated after I pointed out their multiple spelling errors, to implying I was a `hippie who preaches global peace` for saying that sending the courier to wrong addresses with false payment information is not good for the environment. If their HQ were in Romania, I would definitely sue and ask for compensation for the time and nerves I lost on employees who should never been charged with responsibilities involving customer relations - or any sort of communication. But thankfully for them, they can continue to delete my reviews on all Romanian platforms, since our country has a corrupt system that favors abusers from top to bottom.
Bought 2 pair of sunglasses from Oakley…
Bought 2 pair of sunglasses from Oakley at eyerim. Got a notice that it would take 14-16 business days to get it, which is already a long time I think.
Emailed them after 10 work days, because I didn’t get any update from them about my order. Then they said, that the glasses Haden’s arrived at the warehouse yet, and first after that they updated me more often.
But got my glasses to late, but it was okay.
Tried the glasses and 1 pair had a strange color, so wanted to return and buy another one.
But then I got the message, that I have to pay myself for returning it back, which is so not okay. You can’t know if it will fit you or if you will like before you see the product, so that you think that the costumer should pay themselves are just not god service..
Bought a new pair though, before I knew of this, thank god I know it don’t need to be returned.

Worst buying experience ever
Worst buying experience ever. I ordered my prescription glasses in the beginning of September and now close to x-mas I finally gave up waiting and demanded a refund. I first, after a loooong wait, received a broken pair that I had to return. Then after several weeks of waiting I received a replacement pair only this time they had forgotten to put in my prescription lenses. After have waited now for a couple of weeks without hearing anything I wrote them and and of course now they are delayed another 3 weeks because of the holidays...
The person named "Daniel" in customer service (which I believe is just any person from their customer service) offered me a 10 Euro refund at my next purchase as a compensation for the delay but made no effort to speed things up.
I Have read about others receiving broken items so it seems like they are a scam. Even though I really liked my glasses I decided to demand the refund as I don't believe they would have managed to actually deliver on my order. I would recommend any potential customer to find another service and i would recommend Eyerim to either change their business model or die.
EDIT: After writing this review they have the stomach to criticize me for not "mentioning" my prescription to them after first receiving a broken pair. My order was clearly for prescription glasses. They deal with things by answering your mails kindly but they don't fix the problem. Once again, their "massive"discount of 10 euro is not really worth the stress of dealing with this company.

Goods subject to import duties (updated)
Update 5/11.
They refunded my import duties that I had to pay and my frames were delivered as per promised. Different carrier though.
Someone called Eduardo got in touch and was responsive and took complete ownership of my issue.
I can now say I have had a good experience with them and will changing my rating to 4 stars from 2.
I guess the issue is to ensure they have something in stock. I wouldn’t trust their back order system.
While my experience was not without any stresses, it has not been as bad as some of the others. Like some other reviewers, the in stock merchandise is a bit misleading.
I had to go for my 3rd choice to get something shipped out.
Paid for FedEx delivery, item is being delivered DHL.
Here’s the kicker.....after having paid VAT, I now have to pay import duty on my glasses here in the UK. No mention of this on the terms and conditions or the FAQ.
Customer Service will only answer your query once in a day if at all they bother. Even if you respond immediately.
My frames have worked out more expensive than buying from the most expensive retailer here in the U.K.
Stay away!!
Eyerim - recived fake sunglasses?
Today I've recivede the item after 13days, MaxMara new model, paid 1200 HRK.
They seems like fake ones, so Im thinking about returning them. Anyone has experience with returning? I've paid them when they were delivered on my adress, so what is process with returning my money back?

First of all, I am from Croatia and ordered 1 pair of sunglasses. I paid them 1074HRK(aprox. 160€). Today i got package with ray-ban sunglasses and ray-ban box was empty .This is totaly unacceptable. I paid them and I have PDF document about payment.I can send you pictures and PDF .My order number is 3100003963. I want another sunglasses with sunglasses in the box , not empty box or I want my money back.Better to give me my money back
Unacceptable experience
Ordered a pair of glasses, they came in and had a flaw.
Sent it back, waited for a new pair to arrive - to this point 25 days have passed.
New package arrived and contained a totally different model from the one I ordered and paid for.
Now I'm in the process of returning this product, I wanted the pair I paid for but I believe this is a "rejects" shop. It is my understanding they resell a certain amount of subtly-defective products, which is how they justify lower prices.
I am also trying to communicate with them through various different channels but their customer service has proven to be either unresponsive or unhelpful.

ordered a pair of glasses with prescription [1,67 refraction index] but they didnt inform me about the fact that the lens will be thicker at margins.They told me i can send them back and refund me [ admitting it was their fault], 2 weeks passed and the courier which had to pick them never arrived, checking the awb, it says that i wasnt home or the product wasnt properly packed up which are lies.He never even called me.I feel that this scam goes both ways, the courier firm and eyerim are brothers in scams. i am trying to reach eyerim via calling but no luck. It s my second time waiting to send them back but no luck.the first time i waited 1 week for the courier as well but he never arrived...
moreover , comparing the cloth and the case which came with the glasses, with another cloth and case i own, the one from eyerim looks low quality, possibly fake. i am talking about eyerim- romania . be aware, avoid them.

Varifocal .
If you want frames only .. they are good
I sent a full varifocal prescription . They sent back a single prescription which did not work .
The reply it’s not on our website . However they a accepted my varifocal prescription & inform me it’s not on their website, however it does not say that that do not do Varifocal & that did not question .
Now only refund for lenses ..
I would not use for frames & lenses stay away.

Friendly and professional customer service
I returned my order, but because of the Christmas period the shipment was delayed in the post, and arrived after the 30 days limit for returns.
Contact with their customer care was very quick, professional and friendly.
They refunded my ordered, even though they didn't legally have to.
