Been a full week and no confirmation of my order or shipment. But they HAVE charged my CC.
Followed up via email at day 3 and received no response.
Tried to follow up via phone on day 6 and every option dumps to voicemail.
Blue Light Screen Protector for Dell Monitors (order ID is #2047) has missing protective layer, missing squeegee that is supposed to come with install kit, some scratches on the corner of screen.
Called them three times in 3 days and left voice message. Also sent inquiry on web form on their site as well. As of yet, no response from them.
You are a business and if you want customers, please also provide customer support as well. Makes sense right?
I would like what I paid for or a refund if it cannot be provided. Please don't waste my time and respond accordingly.
I am very happy with my eyesafe screen for my iPhone! I was confused at first that the size seemed to be 2mm too small all away around - however I learned that this is the correct sizing for screens. Thank you!

So I guess they saw my review on here and one of their employees reached out and called me, talking about how they wanted to "make things better" by offering me a free screen for my tablet. The guy was very nice, took down my email and said that he'd be shipping out my gift....... And then......... Nothing..... Lol. No follow up. No email. No nothing. Crickets. It's the problem with everything the world over; someone lies to you and/or does not follow through. Awful.
Sent an email to them to ask a simple question.... No response.
So I tried calling. Called four times, tried numerous extensions, but could not get an actual person, nor was I able to leave a voice mail message at any of the extentions.
Delivered quickly, easy install and great results! Spreading the word on eye health!!
The blue light protection product looks great! I wish that the product would have been a little bit larger, so that I could have utilized it. Nevertheless, customer service is great!
