Very quick service and most helpful on the phone with setting up problems

Good website. Easy ordering. Prompt delivery and email contact excellent when delivery details needed to be clarified. Enormously reassuring and supportive in a difficult situation.

Item arrived ok,needed better packaging,more protection.JIFFY BAG BETTER PADDED.Item though was good.could instructions be more explicit.Hard to understand,but,otherwise this is a good investment to have.

It is very useful to see what your driver is doing when you send him to get something or to deliver something.

The staff at Eyetek gave me options and suggestions for a problem. The item was made up and dispatched that day arriving the next afternoon to Northern Ireland, which can be a problem for some UK suppliers. So far it has surpassed my expectations and those of my client. Great service, ot is exactly what was required. Thank you

To be honest with you I wasn’t pleased with their customer service as a first time customer, I ordered one item from Eyetek Surveillance last week Thursday 17th May 2018 during the evening for a friend of mine and I collected it on her behalf and I didn’t get a speedy delivery like I expected which what these other customers are saying on this website and if I didn’t enquire to find out when my order supposed to be delivered. I would have been waiting a lot longer than I was before, because they didn’t even give me any indication when my item supposed to be dispatched before I enquired on the Monday evening which was yesterday by email. Now when my parcel it came today this afternoon on the 22nd May 2018 by DPD Courier delivery after waiting four days time for this item that I ordered. When I saw the parcel in DPD packaging it was huge red flag to me because I just knew I was not going to be pleased with the way the product is going to be presented. Because this has happened to me in the past and there is possibility it won’t be any different now. Anyway when I opened the item from the DPD cover expecting myself to be wrong with my purchase. I wasn’t wrong at all, when I opened the item it was not sent to me in its original packaging and sealed considering that is was brand new item that I purchased. My purchase was presented in easily opened non-sealed brown parcel box and when you take the item out of the box you will see it been wrapped up in bubble wrap and the accessories came in a large brown padded envelope and when I decided to look at the product properly you see around the edges of the item it is soiled and dirty and the front of the cover it had a black stain mark on the item. I was not pleased with the presentation of the product considering that I paid good money for this product expecting it to be brand new to come in its original packaging which it didn’t, much less I waited a lot longer than I should as a UK customer for the item to be delivered. The item that I bought and received from this company Eyeteck Surveillance is a second-hand product not a brand new item because a brand new item will always come with its own original cover and sealed packaging and my purchase did not come this way. The way item looked in presentation is something you would receive from eBay sellers that sell dodgy second-hand stuff and try to pass off as brand new. But one thing you must say at least with eBay sellers most of them don’t sell their items at hefty prices like Eyetek Surveillance. Anyway I won’t be buying from them again after this negative experience only unless it is really necessary based on the product I received from them so far. Anyway viewers here are the proof of my purchase and you judge for yourself.

We had a problem with a faulty product but the customer service recieved and quick response to my emails was top notch. They even sent out another £200 unit before we had returned the faulty one.
If I needed another Surveillance product I would not hesitate to use this website or recommend to friends and family.
