Waiting 5 weeks for the oscillating blades for a job I did 2 weeks ago. Had to purchase from another vendor (again) after I already paid your company for something I still have not received. Not

After waiting for weeks for my oscillating blades to come in I notified the company After actually communicating with them they actually apologized and explained what happened to delay the shipment. The company showed their true colors when they said they would send a free set as a gesture of goodwill. Definitely changed the way I feel about this company and it’s integrity.

After asking our warehouse team, we found the delay was due to a system error that caused your order to be accidentally missed during the initial packing and shipping process.
