Customer service is 10/10 prices also…

Customer service is 10/10 prices also are good comparing to retailers, I purchased my first item and was cheap and authentic, the second purchase was discounted and I was happy till I received the perfume, everything looked OK but something inside was telling me it's not 100% authentic so I went to sephora and bought the same perfume, the price was a bit higher but it made me realize that the perfume I purchased from here was not authentic. So I'm not sure if I will purchase again, no offense.
