Ezee Fiber Reviews 1

Ezee fiber had a vendor company called Blackrock to install fiber in the community. They came and dug up my front yard by the street and left it with a ditch of dirt without the grass they removed digging. I have been calling Ezee Construction line for the past week and a half for them to come and put my grass back down like it was before digging and no one has made an attempt to rectify what they destroyed not even a phone call. The Ezee fiber reps opened a ticket and they have my contact information and have been telling me someone is supposed to call back and look into this but still no response or any type of communication to rectify the damage to my front yard. But they had a sale tech come to my door and get this try to sell me their fiber service with a down payment of 10 dollars and they cant even respond back about getting the Blackrock vendor they hired to rectifying the damage they caused to my front yard. Now why would I even consider getting their fiber service. Their construction line reps are very rude as well to top this whole unaccountable situation they caused and will not rectify whic has now has been about a week and a half now.
