Purchased an Item, however Item was taking to long to receive. I contacted the company for reimbursement, and was directed to return Item after item arrived.
I did returned Item and got confirmation of Item received. Over twenty days and still no reimbursement.
I recommend not doing business with this company
Claims on their website to have over a 4 star rating on Trustpilot. This is clearly not the case as I can find no previous reviews about this company. Do not trust this company. Appears to be engaged in FRAUD!
They make it seem that you will receive your item in a quick fashion, which is not the case. The items actually ship from China.
I ordered two items from this company, an edging kit and a double head sprayer. I received the kit, but not in time for my project. The other item I ordered, the double head sprayer, was never received. They totally ripped me off for the $60 item.
I have attempted to contact the company, but as of this review have received no response.
They claim they have a 30 money back guarantee. We will see if they live up to that promise. At this stage, I doubt it.
