double and triple charge

I don't like that to send some messages they charge 3x the credits. If we are paying for credits we should only be charged 1 for 1.

Messages with special characters (like emojis or certain symbols), longer message lengths, or MMS formatting can trigger encoding or segmentation that uses additional credits.

Also, in the bottom-right corner of the message compose screen, you’ll find a toggle for MMS/SMS message types. In some instances, switching to SMS can reduce the number of credits used.

I still have not received a solution…

I still have not received a solution for one of my users. They are unable to use the product and it continues to be “escalated” with no fix and no follow up

This software is so clunky and many…

This software is so clunky and many texts do not actually get delivered. The customer service is horrible and you have to wait forever to chat with them. There have been so many issues with the service and when I asked for a refund within the 30 days, they didn’t honor their terms of service. I provided screenshots of issues (when their site actually works) etc. I would NEVER recommend. Their credits for texts are super unclear and good luck trying to get help from them in the moment.

Text Maintenance for our Office!

We use these programs as part of our yearly maintenance routine. Since we only need them twice a year, we have the flexibility to pause the software and pay a small fee to keep our access. This way, our customers can still reach out to us if they need anything, and we can maintain an up-to-date database that stays fully compliant with texting laws. It’s really fantastic—so easy and straightforward! We don’t have to worry about any complicated processes or hassles. Everything works smoothly, and it makes our annual maintenance so much more enjoyable and stress-free!

great tool & great service

EZ Texting has been super helpful for us to reach out to customers, especially with being able to automate messages after-hours. The support team is very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions or if we need assistance setting up new campaigns. Overall very happy with it!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE IF PAYING BY ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER.

I am a small business owner so believe I do not like leaving bad reviews but this is necessary. We purchased a monthly plan with EZ Texting April 2025. We were never able to use the plan because they claim they could not verify the EIN. I literally copy and paste the information from the letter of registration 3 times. I reached out to customer service which was only available through online. First, Jannah G. Sent on 4/18 followed up on 4/21. No response! Reached out again, 5/6 to ensure the account was cancelled and the refund was issued. Spoke with Crisha A. was asked to wait for an email follow up. I refused it has been too long and I just needed to cancel. Anyway, they canceled the account but refused to refund my payment. They knew I paid with routing and account number which left me to their mercy.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE IF PAYING BY ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER.

I cannot say if the texting service is any good as I was falsely charged for services never approved for use. I will continue to share because small business cannot afford to be scammed.

Response to Review: That is NOT TRUE! I provided the information exactly as it was on the letter. Also, they were not able to provide a copy of the document they claim was sent requesting the information. I actually, replied online to the pending status requesting the verification. In summary, they knew I could not dispute the payment as I used routing and account number. Giving Scam… Why make it so difficult? They definitely called to sell me more services but couldn’t call to move verification along.

To help clarify, carrier registration is a requirement imposed by all major mobile carriers and is a necessary step to ensure message delivery and compliance with industry regulations. In some instances, rejections can happen due to a mismatch in the information provided. To help resolve this, our team reached out to request a copy of your documentation, as it appeared there was a mismatch. However, we did not receive the information needed to move forward. Your account has since been canceled as requested. After a full review, and in line with our refund policy, we’re unable to issue a refund.

We want to assure you that our goal is always to help businesses succeed, and if you decide to revisit this in the future, we would be happy to guide you through the registration process.

Not user friendly

Not user friendly. Support is hard to reach, and there's not a user "Help" or "FAQ" interface.

When it works it has been effective however sometimes the texts don't go out on the specified time and that for us is vital t our marketing strategy.

We use it for our church members

We use eztexting for communicating with our church members. It has been a wonderful way to inform people of announcements, prayer requests, etc WITHOUT the headache of getting bogged down in lengthy text message group chains.

Scam meets Incompetency

EZ Texting is where scam meets incompetency. They say they offer support 8am-8pm 7 days a week, but it's an abject lie. There is weekend "support" but the support agent will just open a ticket and make you wait till the next weekday for a response (if you're lucky). There are also many times during the weekdays where there are no agents available and support just disconnects you.

The result, this service not only has blatant lies about their service standards on their website. It is also utterly unreliable if you are planning on sending time sensitive messages since they do not keep the support hours they have posted.

With so much competition in the texting space, I would pick one that is honest and reliable (so not EZ Texting).
