I had used EZ Texting in two previous churches. While serving as interim pastor at my last church, I personally bought enough credits to last the church for a long time. The current pastor has not used it yet, and EZ Texting informed me today that if I did not pay for an additional year, I would lose all my existing credits and that the credits were only good for a year. I could not find anything on their website about the credits I purchased expiring. This is wrong and they should not be allowed to do that. We will lose over $200 in credit. We are a small church and there is no way for us to use that much credit in a year.

ur experience with EZ Texting has unfortunately been very disappointing. Five years ago, we purchased a significant number of credits from them with the assurance from their support team that these credits would not expire, provided we kept our plan active. Following this understanding, we diligently maintained our plan, fully expecting that our credits would be secure.
However, without any prior warning or notification, we recently discovered that our credits had expired. This was both surprising and frustrating, as EZ Texting’s own representatives had clearly communicated that no expiration would apply under our current terms. When we reached out to their support team for assistance, we were met with an unwillingness to help or even consider reissuing the credits. Their lack of accountability for this issue reflects poorly on their customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The cost implications are also significant. Repurchasing the expired credits would now amount to nearly $3,000 CAD, which is a considerable expense for any business. EZ Texting's refusal to honor their original commitment has left us feeling let down and concerned about the reliability of their services.
For anyone considering EZ Texting, be cautious about promises regarding credit expiration and prepared for the possibility of poor support if an issue arises. This experience has shown us that EZ Texting may not be the reliable partner they claim to be.

I have an eztexting account as a real estate investor. I was sending out political texts as a concerned citizen, I am not a candidate or employed by a candidate. On the eve of the Presidential election, eztexting shut off my account. I had paid for 7000 texts and they did not send them. They refuse to return my money and they also charged my credit card almost $200 while my account was shut off. They will not give me access to my account because they say it is a real estate co and not registered as a political campaign but I am not a politician or employed by one. They do not have a phone and is likely just discrimination. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS COMPANY AS THEY DISCRIMINATE AND ARE RIP OFFS.

This company is a scam! Don't put your money here. When you sign up for a free trial they happily accept. All is good until you sign in and it blocks you from entering the free trial. Requiring you to speak to customer service where they'll stop you from entering unless they see fit. Avoid putting money in as well if you buy credits they'll block you as well and take the credits. Avoid this company at all costs.

In today's world we need faster platform to promote local business, this platform and service is so lame it took me over 5 days to register and get an approval, then did not even publish my ads because my store name. I would say please if you have time to waste then use this platform or else stay away from it. totally negative results.

I had a problem with my texts being "reviewed" and not being sent out. Voiced my complaint to support because the texts were so basic of meetings times and cancellations, etc ... and it was remedied. Much appreciated. I put 3 stars because the texts needed to get out asap, so I went through too much stress. Hopefully, this won't happen again and then I'll upgrade to 5 stars because the service is truly amazing.

Terrible customer service. The sales team is nice, but aren't they all...? I had two grand in credits and lost them because they transitioned to a new form. It's now a membership, not pay-as-you-go. Don't do it.

This site is a total scam paid for a year of membership and they froze my account without me sending a text. I got approved for my carrier but was having issues with the site. I demanded a refund and was told there was no refunds. Now I am locked out of the account and my mobile app is disabled. I am going to demand a refund from my credit card company AMEX. SCAMMER ALERT

Easy just like the name of the company. A little pricey but worth it.
Overall an easy texting platform to navigate. More personalization and customization would be helpful. My business sends reminder texts through this site and we have to manually change dates and times for each individual reservation (not a deal breaker for us though). The experience has been good and the customer service reps help within 24-48 hours. I like EZ texting for its ease of use. They also helped rectify an issue I had with bounced texts.

This website is a complete scam. I have never in my 32 years of living have ever written a review on a company. Ever. today is the day because I have to save other business owners from making the same mistake I made in dealing with these clowns at EZ-Texting.
I created one account and it wouldn't take my business credit so I couldn't upgrade. Then it proceeded to lock me out of the account saying that my account is "under review". Random. I figured it would be under review for a little but it was three days and the account just disappeared (common for this platform)
I then proceeded to make a new account (Unfortunately). My second account was upgraded and I paid them $25 for my first month payment. My credit card is charged and I then I register all my company's personal information. I wake up the next morning to login and the verification number I put on file was not accepted. odd. I then use a different number to receive the verification code because I have no choice. My original number was "In use already". When I login to the account its a complete different EZ number, different account phone number and it asked me to upgrade but I already did and was charged. the account I paid for is completely gone. The only thing that remains is the credit card charge (conveniently).
I beg you to not fall victim to this company. As a business owner this is your worst nightmare. Do not use this company. I REPEAT do not use EZ texting its a joke of a company and you will sadly regret ever dealing with these clowns. Our businesses are our life lines and companies like these will be the reason your business will die. Don't do it. You have been warned.

WORST customer service ever. Their sales pitch says 7-day a week customer service. What it doesn’t say is that it takes them 1 business day to acknowledge receipt of your request, then several more days to initiate a dialog with you.
It takes weeks to get your service set up and they blame the delays on the telephone carriers.
Our service was approved by the carrier until EZ Texting asked us for additional information.
When we gave it to them they. once again, put our account on hold and told us that we had to make changes to our web site belore they would unlock our account.
We are a 501c7 non-profit and we do not advertise or solicit membership in our organization. Our text message plan was to advise members to check our password protected website for an event or notification.
This makes their request to change our web site illogical.
When we complained and asked them for a refund, they refused; several days after the request was made.
So much for their 7-day a week customer service.
Based upon our experience, it is our belief that this web site is a SCAM.

TOTAL SCAM!!! The company looked legit. We signed up and as soon as an employee started using the site to text, our account was placed under review. After several days of no response regarding the review, we set up a call with an employee. He said they don't allow financial companies to text with them. I explained we do not do loans or market money products and are not considered a financial company. He said they had decided to not allow us anyhow. I requested a refund of the $125 that I paid. They told me that since we violated terms we don't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!
