Customer Support

Customer support since day one has ben exquisite, everyone has been so helpful. The only issues i have had at the beginning was my account being flagged twice but they told me why and what I can do to fix the issue.

Ez Texting is the best platform ever

Ez Texting is the best platform ever. The onboarding was easy as pie and there customer service is the best. Did I mention how affordable they are? I will never use another texting platform so long as Ez-Texting is around

I would like to go on record to…

I would like to go on record to acknowledge this was truly one of the worst customer service I have had to experience. After not receiving the desired resolution I uploaded my complaint to a reputable review agency and was met with a response that not only did not refund the necessary amount owed but had the gall to reply in a rude manner . I am still awaiting the final resolution . I have asked for the refund and look forward in hopes that they will honor their policy. At the very least the customers concerns must be addressed in a professional way.

Pt.2 : I will add this since I have been asked by the company to clarify. My ask was for a refund but instead I was met with a list of what ( in their opinion) I the customer had done wrong. The back in forth did not address my reason for contact (refund) . After what I thought was an attempt at aimiable resolution I was met with the following final email. The Tone in all of the chats and emails was rude, sarcastic unprofessional, and deflective. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.


"I'm very sorry that your experience was such that you found it necessary to contact the BBB to reach a resolution......Before we go any further, there are a couple of points in your email to the BBB that I would like to clarify...As far as the next steps, we should first have a discussion about your messaging practices.....I hope that you will retract your letter, as well as any similar comments you've made to other entities, with the understanding that we're willing to work with you to advise on best practices .....whether or not you spend another dime with us."

If the only resolution you would find amicable is a refund for services we've rendered I'm afraid we can't do that.

Great, for certain businesses

We're not able to send texts like we were when we first started using this text platform. With so many changes to carriers, it's been hard to send our texts without interruption or bouncebacks. It's been frustrating. But I appreciate the effort the customer service teams have put in to figure out the problems.

Easy and Efficient

I have thoroughly enjoyed using EZ Texting. It has made communication with groups easy and efficient. I love how you can include images in your messages as well. I would love to be able to use more than one image at a time. Also, I would love to be able to use this on my Android phone.

EZ Texting is an excellent app

EZ Texting is an excellent app! We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church!
Our Church is so blessed to have this app.
