This company is a scam. I ordered a lamp from Ezvalo, and not only did it take 15 days to arrive, but when I tried to return it, they offered me a pathetic 20% refund — and then completely ghosted me. No replies, no help, nothing. They clearly don’t care about their customers and just want to take your money and run. I demand a full refund and I will never buy from them again. Avoid this company at all costs.
