I ordered two pairs of Russell and Bromley shoes from the so called outlet of said company. Cheaper but not cheap. Like everybody else the money has gone, never to be seen again. Dirty, thieving scum. Emails returned as not valid address, despite confirmation of payment from same email address. Horrendous that can continue getting away with it.

EZVMALL is a scam using different websites each time this one was icehousechamblee.com same story they say they are an independent platform for your money then they send wrong item and then a long drawn out sorry our fault, if you buy on line and Ezvmall comes up go directly to your bank and cancel transaction you have one month, otherwise say good buy to your funds. China again they have no honour. Why can’t the Chinese police deal with them

Absolute scammers!
Bought a bag for $ 140 but since the bag was delivered the value was over $ 2 and the wrong model. Have tried to get in touch with surpport(a)cctmalls.com and they only find that the new bag is on its way, but has been running for 2 months. Customerservice(a)ezvmall.com is the next fake to handle payments and are real scammers.
The fake page that you should not buy anything from is thesweettreatleap.com, if you order something you will be deceived.

I order some shoes in this website cursospnlbarcelona.es they send me the wrong ones. I tried to get in touch and ask them but no reply I tried with ezmall and they said that they are a third party and they are going to get in touch with the website and nothing is happening. So they all are a fraud...
I'm going to get in touch with my bank and see what I can do!!
Incredible , they can play with people like that.

They are truly a scam. I spend a lot of money for shoes. They send you cheap scrap. I order fabulicious clearly 430rs heels from them and got very cheap sneakers instead.

I wrote here under ”warning” in August and Will tell everybody After you have made an order here Callyour bank and stop your credit card. I sent a copy of the order and the payment and a complaint and my bank has payed the amount back! Don’t buy anything here!

I would like to share my experience with davidharperphotography. co. uk (OR Cctmalls OR Ezvmall OR whatsoever related with this Chinese fraudulent company). I've bought a pair of shoes about 4 months ago and received a crap like yours. It was not much money but I was seriously annoyed. Then It took about 3 months to get back my money from them. I suggest you take actions.

1. CONTACT TO YOUR CARD COMPANY to take the money back as a full refund on behalf of you, which is called CHARGEBACK SERVICE. The card company will ask you some proofs. FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.

In my case(davidharperphotography. co. uk), I realized this was a fraud right after I made an order. I got a call from the bank and they noticed me CHINESE COMPANY called Szningpond Trade took the money. My cancellation request was ignored and I received the crap in a few days. I could not find any refund or return policy on their website. Besides, I could not have any proof after I send a message on their website. So I captured the screenshot of the message I wrote before I sent it on the website. On top of that, I contacted to all the email address I received related to the purchase, which was not mentioned on the website. One email address (support@ cctmalls. com) replied like "That must be a mistake from our staff." or "For avoiding the high shipping cost, we suggest you keep the wrong item. We will check your issue with our manager for a better solution and reply to you soon.", "Your issue is under processing. Please be patient.". Did they take any following action? Of course not. Therefore I contacted the card company with all the proofs and got the money back through chargeback service.

2. If you are CHINESE or BRITISH Citizen, I would like to report this fraud group to the police like www. actionfraud. police. uk.
As a foreigner, it seems complicated for me to report them. So if possible PLS REPORT THEM as much as you can.
This dodgy Chinese company called Szningpond Trade seems located in Shenzhen, china.
It seems they make a new website and close it regularly.
That means it can happens to anyone.

It seems they change the server of website regularly as well.

When I search cctmalls. com on https://www. scamadviser. com/ today, It says the site is Germany based, but most likely from Australia. But it said the site is Seychelles(Africa) based, but most likely from China in May.
Ezvmall. com was US based but the real location was being hidden in May. It's now based in China.
When it comes to davidharperphotography. co. uk, it was based UK but most likely from China in May but now its based US.

3. Do not buy anything again on any website not mentioning any specific return and refund policy including address and contact details.

I was on Instagram when I found a link with an advertisement that said "75% off vans". When I went to the website it looked legitimate, meaning it actually looked like the original vans' website. I thought that I was buying it from the company, so there's no way I could have avoided this. It wasn't until I purchased 5 pairs of Vans from this fake website that I was notified of my purchase, and that it came from a third party seller. I then became skeptical, but had hope that they would send me the services that they promised. Not to mention, I thought that the shipment was supposed to come in 3 days because of the amount I spent ($130.38) it actually took 18 days to ship to my house, and instead of the 5 pairs of Vans I received a FAKE pair of Ray Bans which I did not order. I sent them an email today. I decided it must be a scam, and after reading these reviews I realize that it is, but I don't know how it could have been prevented. (It looked like the real website) moral of the story is, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Like most of you, I wish I had checked the seller before making any payments...
But the problem is that I didn't know that ezvmall was even included until the transaction was done. I bought Italian brand shoes on Italian website (at least it looked like that) and received mail from that website that purchase was successful but I also received mail from ezvmall as third party included in payment. And that wasn't suspicious because sometimes there is third party included. But then today, I've checked my card transaction and first of all noticed the charge was noticable bigger than it was on invoice. And then I realized that the payment was made to some Chinesse acount!?!
I was so mad 🤬!!!! First of all because I didn't check the seller, but then again it was completely non-suspicious website. The only thing I didn't like was that it was only in Italian and I couldn't change the language. And second, this is the first time that I got cheated!
Anyway, to shorten up, there's not enough caution!!! And this won't end up here....already contacted bank and I will get storno of the transaction but it will take some time. And I'm going to report my case to the police....

Like many others, I wish I had screened this company first. I ordered a pair of Sketchers shoes. They sent me a different brand, different style and different size shoe. Going on the experience of others, I would say that this was not a genuine mistake on their part. I have sent an email requesting an explanation, but I am not holding my breath!

I wish I had read all the reviews as I too have wasted money on ordering some (fake) Balenciaga shoes. This is the first time I have done something like this not on ebay so you leave yourself open to this total SCAM. I received some terrible fake Raybans instead! At first i though this was an honest mistake. It's odd to even bother sending something in the place of the item you wanted. It's still stealing all the same. Don't fall for this people, let my stupid mistake teach you.

if it sounds too good to be true, invariably it is. As would be the case purchasing via Campepro 2 pairs of Campers ordered, get a fake pair of Raybans! e-mail to customer service ezvmall, they claim to only be a 3rd party payment platform, have yet to hear back on complaint.

Check your bank statements for any unauthorized purchases - even small ones. REPORT to your bank and give them the problem of retrieving funds.
I've never been a big fan or user of on-line purchases, now I know why.
I should not have been so opportunistic in the first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Rating doesn't give choice for less than 1 Star unfortunately.

I'm a men with size 45 feet. Yesterday UPS delivered me a size 38.5 sports shoes. What the heck?!

About 60€ has been taken away from my credit card recently, and my e-mail has "logistics confirmation emails, that my order is on the way". Without contact information, of course.

Ditto, ditto and ditto to all the other reviews. I purchased a skirt for my wife from LADAWSON (which gets equally appealing reviews) and the transaction on my VISA card for about UA$50 wouldn't go through .... the message advised that the order was cancelled. I kept this communication. Then, two days later, a debit appeared from HUAXIN SHOP in Beijing for over AU$70. Followed by confirmation that a package had been sent, along with a tracking number. The package arrived today and – yes, you guessed it – instead of finding a quality skirt, I discovered a nasty, cheap blue and white psychedelic dress worth about $2!!!! I am chasing by email but I am not hopeful, based on what others have indicated!

So a lesson has been learned ... and add LADAWSON to the "must avoid" online resellers, along with Ezvmall.
