Fast and smooth, easy moving!
A friend recommended me and I also referred this team to other friends. We all turned out an easy move, good and fast, with zero damage.
I was moving into a Level 2 unit with no lifts, they don't charge for stairs! one-off price by website quote is clear and easy, much easier compared to some companies charge for this and that afterwards. They are not the cheapest but the best and smoothest, will call them again for the next move.

The worst removalists ever… Do not use
The worst remoThe worst removalists ever. They were 2.5 hours late, took 10.5 hours for what would have been a normal 7 hour job and then broke and damaged my items to the tune of $4,000+. And for the privilege of this I paid them $2,500. They don’t return calls or emails. I would recommend you choose a more ethical and professional company and save yourself the heartache I have had.valist

We are surprised by the nature of this review. We take pride in our professional service and the care we take with our customers' belongings.
A thorough inspection was conducted upon move completion, and all items were confirmed to be in good condition. Additionally, the itemized list of belongings you provided before the move did not accurately reflect the items present on moving day. There was 25% more than what was listed in a cubic metre measurement.
Given the challenging conditions of the move, including 200-meter access, two flights of narrow stairs and heavy rain, our trained and professional removalists worked diligently to complete the job. The claim of inexperienced backpackers is entirely inaccurate. They have 2 years of experience in Removals in Sydney and that is a quite racist remark on your behalf which i will be submitting into the google review support team.
We believe the comparison to a previous move is unfair, as moving circumstances vary greatly. Factors such as the quantity and size of items, distance, weather conditions, and property access significantly impact moving times. After years of living in a property you accumulate additional items/furniture which is understandable.
We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, we stand by the quality of our service and the professionalism of our team. Our terms and conditions cover all basis, images of your items do not relate to these false claims and we would like to strongly state that customers who do try and claim damages like yourself that are not related to our works are always unsucessful. We also notice that you did not opt to take out full removal insurance for your goods.

Great Service
Booked what we thought would be an easy job of the removal and delivery of a dining room table. Excellent service on the phone from Kay who arranged for the job to be done next day. Amazing job by Gabriel and Cauafaria. Unfortunately as the legs did not come off the table, at first wouldn’t fit thru the door but these two guys were not going to give up. They are a credit to their company. Thank you also to Kay for her follow up call. Great customer service. I would definitely use Ezymove in the future.
