The online portal is a bit clunky and dated, and could do with some tweaks, however it isn’t a deal breaker as the communication and service otherwise is great.

Ezy and returnmed what i expected
After completing a draft tax return on the ATO portal, I was unable to figure out how to get all of the tax i paid back (as i was under the tax free threshold). In the end I elected to use Ezy who were able to complete that task.
