[JUST AWFUL] Stay away from Ezzocard For the Love of god
Bought a gray card for 100USD to use on Steam Games, according to their support team :
STEAMGANES is able to accept gray cards and IP need to be in the USA,
DOESN'T WORK. Not on any American website nor Steam it does not work
And the worst part is their rude service and representatives, They treat you like you are nothing and what's worth than that is that you are actually explaining and telling them the card doesn't work ( they insist it works ) LOL !
When i asked for refund they offered a 90% from the actual amount of the card ( 100USD costed me 134USD )
They offered 90USD back , 43USD to throw to trash just because their product doesn't work ( i would describe them as close to scammers )
i have a screen recorded video to prove that they told me the card WORKS ! in STEAMGAMES
in 1 condition you need to have American IP Address
in the PC Screen recorded video , i show that the card is not accepted on more than a website ( including steam which they said it does work ), and also i show the balance of the card and i show the IP Address and location of me , So there is no reason for the card to not work .
And they would not offer you anything else but a 90% refund ( from the 100$ ), Or they will say wait maybe it will work !
a NO GO, Period. DO NOT COME ANY CLOSE TO THIS WEBSITE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM,

We would like to agree with you, but, unfortunately, we cannot. First of all, before purchasing the card, you did not read our terms and conditions, which contain core information. Secondly, you kept using the card with a non-US (Israel) IP address, and furthermore, you informed us that you were not aware that Gray cards could not be used outside the US, while this information (as well as all other main features of the cards that we offer) was also, openly described on the main page of our website, which proves that you did not read it before purchasing the card. In other words, you did not comply with the usage policy.
In relation to steam, our cards can be used there and many of our clients successfully use their cards to pay for the service of interest.
We reviewed all the chats conducted and did not find a single rude way of communication on the part of the operators.
Regarding refund, as it was explained in the chat, the refund policy cannot be violated. You agreed to receive a refund but did not provide an acceptable return address. Please contact us by email or via live chat and provide an address the funds can be sent to (any of the options provided to you in the live chat).
Useless service, scamming rules
Useless service, they don't know if cards actually will be accepted on website which they claimed will work.
If you want to return card in same hour, because it's not possible to use due to their problem, that website asking to match billing address, they simply keep saying it should work! But billing on card is different and not matching with mine, so that is why card not accepted.
On my request to return this card, as it not supposed to work they offered me to refund 90% of card amount (5$) which is 4,5$, but wait I paid 12,99$ for 5$ VCC, it's not fair, as you have to refund me 90% of what I paid to you which is 11,691$.

We are afraid that you got confused since the information provided on our website is true and up to date (you might have skipped the introductory information in the where to use cards section and the description itself where it was clearly stated that our cards can be used for shopping on the website in question(not verification)).
In reference to the message you got about the billing address, we would recommend contacting the merchant for clarification since the card cannot be registered and there's no address associated with it either.
As for the refund policy, it is openly described on our website and unfortunately it cannot be violated.
