Dopo due viaggi mi accorgo di un problema di aggancio delle fascette superiori al portabici che si piegano per il peso (entro i limiti consentiti). Segnalo il problema all'assistenza che riconosce il problema ma comincia a rispondermi in maniera vaga. "dobbiamo provare questo genere di soluzione per valutare se sia quella corretta". Dopo diversi rimpalli con assistenza, siamo ancora al punto di partenza. Il problema è ben evidente e semplice, neanche tanto difficile da risolvere ma tergiversano. Peccato, intanto io ho un portabici che non uso per paura di perderlo per la strada.
