The strawberry cake was delicious, safely packed.

Dine in my daughtrs birthday bought the cake for €24 still charge me £5 for cut the cake for 15 mins when i asked the switch on the coner lights she said it was not working
Servise was horrible and hygine issue
The cake is fuĺl of extra cream less cake it self
Never visit this place agin staff and servise horible the need training

I can't thank Fab Cake enough for their incredible service! I live in West London, and after my friend recommended them, I decided to order a custom cake for my son's birthday—a drone-themed cake. I was a bit nervous since the bakery is based in East London, but their team went above and beyond!

On the delivery day, my private car let me down but they made sure the cake was safely transported all the way to me in West London—35 miles away—without a single scratch! The best part? My son was beyond thrilled when he saw the cake. He told me it was the best cake he's ever had! 🎂🚁

Absolutely terrible experience I picked up the cake and also got another cake from lolas cupcakes so can confirm that it’s just an issue with fab cakes the cake was not made with ingredients that keep it from falling to the side . I even recommended my friend to use your company as I thought maybe we did something wrong but exactly the same thing happened to the cake she got was fine on collection then it slowly started to fall because the sticks inside and the ingredients do not hold up the cake properly . So disappointing and embarrassing that I recommend you ! Even after what happened to us

Ordered a pineapple cake based on the image you have posted on the website. But the cake which I got was no where close to what I saw in the image. There was so much going on in the cake and I would've liked something simple. The delivery option didn't work even if I stay in London. Invest some money in making the website better. It'll do wonders if you can. Thanks!

Only one word for Fab cake - FABULOUS!! I have never had cake like Fab cakes! So soft, so creamy , so flavourful! Cream is just exact amount no matter the cake size. Sweetness is just on point! I am ordering cakes all my life from Fab Cakes only!!

A great cake and the people who received it were very happy with the size and the overall flavour and taste.
The delivery driver sat outside for 15-20 minutes and didn't make delivery until the last few minutes of the time limit.

SHAHANA's service is excellent and her writing style on the cake is speechless. Also she is knowledgeable enough to suggest to the clients as well. I wish all the best for the management to have such employees. Also the quality of the cake is good.

We had a small but memorable birthday celebration on 24th April 2024 for my sister at Fab Cake at East Ham . Geeta one of the staff assisted with the set up of the table very efficiently and took photographs. Most importantly the chocolate birthday cake we selected tasted fantastic and classic and the best birthday cake we tasted after a very long time. I will recommend Fab Cake anyone for the excellent service and tasty cake.

Fab Cakes was very helpful in making a customised cake for my daughter's birthday. They made an extremely beautiful looking penguin cake. The only flaw was that they didn't put the birthday message.

Mango cake was ok pistachio slice I got was not ok

I have ordered this Mini Pink chocolate cake for my wife’s 🎂Birthday. it was Very pretty cake with macarons. Everyone said it was delicious 😋. it was my wife’s first birthday In london after came from india. so i wanted it to be extra special.. so i ordered this cake 🎂 by the way it was perfectly designed and well presented, the taste and everything was so amazingly delicious that we could not get our eyes away from it. Thank you fab cakes. Highly recommend to order customise cakes from fab cakes.

Expected biscoff spread inside the cake and a distinct biscoff flavour, however the cake came with only cream filled with a few crumbs of biscuit. NO BISCOFF FLAVOUR AT ALL, very dissapointing.

So poor what we order it doesnt come they change their own. Its not good we order ou theme. They ruined everything putting without our acknowledge . Better to not order again

i order a cake and i was waiting next day for my delivery that never arrive at all so was a party without a cake very sad
