It all started from dec 2024 winter sale.
I ordered 5 items. They came in three different parcels. one of the parcel's item doesn't match the content. one parcel wasn't arrived after 3 weeks, I contacted customer service, wondering why there is a item missing and also raised the issue about 2nd parcel. but it didn't actually get sorted until two weeks back and forth. even I videoed when I unboxed. It didn't actually help to solve the mystery. they kept claiming parcels were delivered. It turned out the second parcel and third had the same airwaybill. (first mix-up and didn't admit it's their mistake)
during the investigation, after two weeks,CS wanted me to file a form for claiming from courier UPS also with pictures with the boxes. I didn't have that as it had been two weeks. plus the boxes were intact. I didn't know why they asked for and tried to push the responsibility to courier rather than their dispatch h team.
The worst hadn't come yet, when you shop with fabiana Phillip, it should be final price, include duty tax everything. i got two tax invoices from UPS, forwarded to CS, They agreed to pay for both of them, i didn't have to do anything, this was Mid January, and Feb I got another unpaid invoice, and then it's late payment fee, I contacted CS immediately(again). same response as we are dealing with it with ups they are just very slow, and then end of Feb I got a post from Debt recovery??!! This is just RIDICULOUS, I was totally shocked and decided i just HAVE TO deal with it and pay for it myself. This is a brand with good quality of products but the customer service is unbelievably awful! As a consumer, we really don't need so much stress from a brand like this. I will never shop with them again on line. To be fair I emailed them and said i paid hopefully they will reimbursed me and after 4 days i did get my refund. I lose confidence in shopping with them anymore.
