Clothing is expensive for what it is. You have to remember to skip a month each month or you have £59 credit taken from your account. Cancelling is hard, you can’t do it on your account and have to contact them. Has taken me 30 mins just to cancel my account and I still have to skip next month as it takes 30 days!!!!!

Quality has tanked since I started my subscription a few years ago.
They also make it hard to unsubscribe. There's no easy 'click to cancel' - you have to get in touch with their team. The chatbot is only available 9am to 6pm.
I emailed and cancelled my subscription but lo and behold, they still cheat you out of one more payment. The cancellation is effective 30 days from cancellation so you actually end up paying a full month unless you remember you still need to cancel!
I definitely wouldn't recommend.

The help and support is rubbish, I waited for 20 mins to talk to somebody whilst continuously being disconnected, I asked to refund my credit and cancel my membership, they told me they had cancelled my membership and cut me off before I was able to get a refund for the previous credit. I have since been charged again.

Trying to cancel your membership is literally a hostage situation. I used to be a repeat customer back in 2020. Since then the fabric quality went downhill probably to cut costs and pay for celebrity endorsements then you have to waist 20 mins for them to finish haggling you from not cancelling. Those 20 mins have been so painful like talking to a wall because they need to follow procedure and tire you out until you give up from cancelling it. Wouldn’t go through that again even if they were given to me for free. Chaotic business model

The app constantly pauses purchases. It’s not easy to navigate to spending points. Every month I have to contact customer support to help finish the sale.
Mostly customer support has been great however the last 72 hours has been diabolical, keeping me on hold for over 40 minutes then cutting you off. Today I’ve spent 1hr 30 minutes trying to redeem points and being referred to the loyalty tab- which is not there!
We cancelled the accounts twice and payment was taken. I was informed that they have a 30 day notice period. Meaning if you don’t skip after cancelling they will still bill you.
It’s unlawful.

The website was incredibly slow and I never usually experience issues with internet speed or loading issues. It took me about 30 minutes to do what should have take me 5.

I messaged last month asking for my subscription to be cancelled and refunded. They issued a refund. Now this month I’ve been charged again and they are downright refunding to refund me! Absolutely unacceptable. Scam artists, avoid!!!

I bought clothing from Fabletics UK in January this year. I am delighted with the leggings I got and would have been a returning customer for sure.
However, unknown to me I was automatically signed up to VIP credits. I noticed £59 coming out my account from Fabletics. I called to see what this was and explained that I needed a refund as I did not knowingly sign up for this.
The lady on the call was very helpful and refunded my money and told me that no more funds would be taken.
Again the next month the same thing has happened and I am now struggling to get through on phone or chat to rectify the issue.
I would have happily bought from this company in the future but have been put off by this hassle.
I still need this issue resolved.

Be weary and very careful. Even if you cancel your membership, unless you SKIP the month i.e. freeze your account, you still get charged a subscription. They cannot refund you, they may give you a VIP credit, i.e. overpriced garments essentially making them money off your subscription and you being forced to buy something. Customer service not budging on their stance. Really shocking behaviour. As a customer if you cancel in time, why would you get charged. Will defo not shop here again, but everyone else, be weary.

Followed a promotion, advised first pair free as VIP. Says Evri is free delivery but I was charged £4.49
-In reply to the Fabletics reply: All through the checkout process I was advised delivery would be free as a VIP - which was the promotion I was offered by HP Instant Ink. There has clearly been a mix up with the website. Only once I reached the payment stage did it revert on this promise.
