Indestructible bears didn't turn up for my dogs to destroy! constantly ignored for a refund Horendous customers service lottally have taken my money and I've e not received the items, constantly emailing and just getting told to search the whole of my town for them

They say indestructible, yeah lasted 3 minutes with Bruno. Joke of a toy and joke of a company, do not buy

Took a month to arrive. Took 2 mins to destroy. Do not purchase. Did not get full. Refund Very poor.

Never arrived.

Just checked the details and it apparently arrived in Oxford on 11/01/2025. Am chasing a refund.

Please let me leave no stars!!

Bought a sold as indestructable toy for our dog....
Bought a £14 "unbreak" bear dog toy for our dog. This was sold as guaranteed indestructible. It arrived on time. The toy lasted just one day before falling apart. Fabluarant suggested it would be my responsibility to pay for returning the misadvertised item back to China even though I didn't order it from there so then made a not so generous good will gesture of a £4 refund. WARNING TO ALL -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, They are a JOKE !!!!

AVOID. Placed order in November 2024. Still not received it. Keep telling me it’s been delivered but tracking number does not exist.

Won’t refund me and won’t confirm where item is as says delivered but my tracking link says my postcode doesn’t match so clearly not been sent to correct address.

Awful customer service, take no responsibility AT ALL.

Bought a toy for my dog for Christmas from Instagram that was guaranteed indestructible. It arrived late January after numerous updates. The toy lasted a week before falling apart. They are not interested in refunding me offering me £2 compensation and I need to send the toy back to China. A complete joke. Don't fall for it

The advert did not state that my dog toy would be shipped from the USA not the UK as I believed. It took weeks to get here. After 30 minutes with my German shepherd dog the ears were off my 'unbreakable' dog toy. I'm waiting to see if they get back to me but I don't think I'll get my money back. Definitely won't buy stuff advertised on Facebook again without doing some serious research.

Would have rated zero if I could the parcel with 2 x dog toys in was sent to my old address as it took that long to come I had moved so I got nothing and they won't do anything unless I take a pic of the parcel I received. I wouldn't buy from them again

I would give 0 if I could. Bought an indestructible dog teddy which took over 3 weeks to arrive, when it arrived it took my dog less than 60 seconds for stuffing to be all over the place. When I contacted fabularant, the offered me £2, I declined as it cost me £17.98 with postage and packing. They then offered me £8 and I could keep the teddy (why would I keep a faulty teddy and accept half of what it cost) so raised it with paypal. Fabularant then offered me a full refund if I sent the teddy back, it would have cost me £15.98 to send back. Total rip off, total waste of money. FALSE ADVERTISING AVOID

I gave these one star because I had to in order to continue.
DO NOT USE THEM. It is a scam. They will take your money but provide no goods. They will then tell you it has been delivered and to check in bushes and with neighbours! They will refuse to give you information on the courier they supposedly used in order to check yourself. All your correspondence will then be ignored.

Do not order from here. As per other reviews the item does not arrive but they provide you with a fake tracking with no delivery company names to say its delivered. Luckily I have CCTV all over my house. They are refusing to refund me to which I will now contact my bank to report it as fraud and will also be reporting this company

I placed an order on 16th December and am still awaiting my order, I have emailed several times asking for a full refund as it was saying in Edinburgh 12th January but still nothing on 18th February, they have now given me a new tracking number and it has just been ordered on 12th February which is when I first emailed, very very unhappy and angry 😡

Do not order from these people, we had an "indestructible" pet toy that lasted 2 days, these people refused to replace or refund unless returned which would cost more than the item is worth, total rip off

I wish I’d seen these reviews before buying this toy. Waited over a month with endless tracking updates. The tracker claimed it had been delivered but it has never arrived. A total waste of £16 + shipping. Scam company.

Also PayPal who I bought it thru did nothing to help get a refund.
I'm disgusted with both the seller and PayPal and that Facebook and other sites still promote their company.

Do not buy from this company, they take your money and don't send the goods. I ordered in November and 'indestructible dog toy' after a few emails of goods being dispatched and then being stuck at customs to now being delivered but the tracking number is not valid with Royal mail. I emailed them and they can't provide a POD they have just told me to check with a neighbour. I have reported them as a fraudulent company.
