Have not received the product I ordered ( a month ago) Nobody is answering my emails. Would not recommend this webshop as it seems to be a scam.
I have been also ghosted and cheated on
Like other costumers I have been also ghosted.
I also never written a bad review in my life before but this situation is so unfair that I have to do something about it.
I bought from this company before and I thought that they can be trusted.
My package never arrived at my place. After my first complaint I received an answer and the company made contact with GLS. I filled out documents and the contact was allright. now I have been in contact with GLS and they told me that the insurance is covering everything and that the company should get in contact with them. They also told me that on the 6th of december there was a contact and everything should be fine, so that the company could get the money from the insurance from GLS and then give it to me. Also GLS told me that this process is totally fine and that the company is in charge to make contact with me and give me my money back.
Since then I've been ghosted. NO answers even if I send multiple emails as reminders of my lack of information. I then tried on Instagram to see if their mail broke down or something. No answer on their very active insta either. I as a costumer spent a lot of money on their company, still I'm treated with ghosting. I can jot understand why they would treat me like that. I am really in shock, because also GLS told me that this situation could be handele so easily.
I'm just so sad I'm being ignored and cheated.

Totaly ghosted by this company for 7 months
Edit: The day after I published this review the company send an apology and I got my money back for the broken items so I changed from 1 star to 3.
I've actually never written a bad review in my life before because I'm very understanding that things can go wrong without bad intentions but this situation chocked me actually and I thought this company could be trusted. I got two broken items in my package, one glass and one mirror. After my first complaint I received an answer with questions, since then I've been ghosted. NO answers even if I send multiple emails as reminders of my lack of information. I then tried on Instagram to see if their mail broke down or something. No answer on their very active insta either. I am a costumer who bought for a lot of money, still I'm treated with ghosting for 7 months. Wow....

No customer service or communication
My parcel was sent to the wrong address and therefore i haven't received it to this day. Mistakes can happen and I am a very understanding person, but what makes this situation unacceptable is the fact that fabrek is not communicating in any way. I have reached out in several ways (email, Instagram, email to the delivery service) without any success. All I'm asking from them is an update or a small 'we will look into it' but I received nothing. I paid almost 200 euros, have no parcel and no refund. This is straight up unacceptable.
Update: the parcel was sent to the wrong adress. I clearly wrote Jablonecstraat 7, 9600 Ronse, Belgium as my address in the order. I also don't have information about which wrong parcel shop it was delivered to, so o can't even reach out to them.
