A2 Dominion is a subsidiary of Fabrica. We are on a development in Walton on Thames with a severe rat infestation and Trinity the managing agent and A2 are taking no notice. Please read on Trustpilot theur reviews.

There aren't enough thanks to give to Madi, she has made this journey smooth and well-going. Her guidance couldn't be any more appreciated! She has been patient and tranquil with any questions. The Fabrica team had been and remained professional throughout the process. Madi was exceptionally supportive and had been a great sales executive, I can safely confirm Madi is a very on-going and calm lady!

"Fabrica" just a name they use to disguise themselves as a social housing provider, everything seems great through the purchasing phase but the workmanship quality is poor my home is now 8 years old in this time we've encountered significant damage due to poor workmanship at point of installation.

You get no service from Fabrica and as a freehold owner are shoehorned into their leaseholder dept, not only that we were forced to share communal spaces with their tenants which isn't pleasant when you try to have issues resolved they fall into a black hole never to be seen or heard from again.

I wish I had used a major property developer to buy my home and not the masked social landlord.

Discovered my extractor fan is going up 6ft in the loft. The contractor put a plastic pipe and taped some loft insulation around it (badly). No condensation trap, nothing. Did not bother with ready made double insulated hose that is readily available. If this was inspected whoever passed it should be ashamed.

I was not looking at buying shared ownership apartment and definitely not in Hounslow, but looking at option of duplex in the town centre caught my eyes. On the day of viewing Madi was our sales representative. She went extra mile and was very helpful She exceeded our expectations with excellent customer service. We were shown multiple apartments to select from and detailed information about facilities.

Hanwell is a charming area, offering a vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere, with excellent transport links, plenty of green spaces, cafes, and local amenities.

Fabrica is a great company to work with. The team is really progessional, knowledgable but also really friendly and supportive, iI strongly recommend them.

The whole process was smooth right from the beginning. From the moment we stepped in to have a look at the property till the time we got the possession. the process was quick.

Right from the start we had amazing service for two particular members of Fabrica (Tymour Srouji and Ian Beckett). They were enormously helpful in helping us to decide on which property to buy. Throughout the whole process they were fantastic right up to when we completed. So professional, available, friendly and helpful. We now see them as really good friends.

Great process from start to finish, the marketing team were really lovely and helped me thought out the purchasing process any little question I had about as answered promptly and quickly.

My personal experience with Fabrica has been very pleasant. Being in the industry I had an idea of what to expect, but buying a new home for the very first time is something I will never forget. They made the whole process very smooth and straight forward. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and when I collected my keys, I wasn't just shown around my flat and how to operate things, but I was also walked around the whole development, which was great because I had forgotten some things I was shown when I had the initial viewing.
I have lived here for almost a year now, and any issues I've had have been dealt with quite quickly.
Overall, this has been a really nice experience.

Don’t buy anything from Fabrica…they are A2Dominion masquerading as a new company. Look up the reviews of A2 Dominion and you will see just how awful they are. If you buy a property from them, you will have a lifetime of disappointment. They ignore leaks, sell apartments as “luxury” with a concierge and once the properties are sold get rid of the concierge, they rarely reply to emails and treat all leaseholders like the social housing tenants. If you go and see one of their homes take off the kick boards in the kitchen or bath panel and you will see a handy place where their builders dump their sealant tubes and other builders rubbish.

Do not trust this company.

They build poor quality houses and don’t come and fix their snags/defects and con you. We have been here for only a month.
They have left us with lots of problems which they won’t fix after spending a lot of money with them. We are devastated by it all. Been left with chunks out of the floor, cracked sinks, black marks over wall, scratches and scuffed kitchen, handprints from builder, defected tiles, grout missing and the list goes on.
The quality of the house is shocking and just disgusting and then send in their team who end up causing more problems.

Absolutely avoid at all costs!!!!

DO NOT TRUST FABRICA! They told everyone + also put it in writing on all the documents that the lease term on The Westlinks development is 999 years, only for us to then find out it is actually only 125 years.. this after having reserved the property and started the broking/mortgage/conveyancing processes! Also, I had to do my own research to raise this matter as otherwise I would have completed and exchanged before I would have found out and it would have been too late! The management won't even assume responsibility for this error so here I am, left with massive disappointment, false hope, wasted time and money and major stresses that I'll have to re-live again if I want to ever get on the property ladder, not to mention that my home move will need to be delayed drastically now which has many consequences! You must be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrendous experience. Stay away from professionals who can't spell, don't react to emails, are constantly on holiday, make weird remarks, are racist and generally don't know what they're doing. Been intentionally delayed, just for the property to then be sold to someone else. Thank you, Imran, dodged a bullet by not buying after all.

Was lucky to keep initial mortgage offer and move quickly to another development, where the process was smooth and quick.
