I signed up to this company who provide a subscription service for TV streaming. I signed up to pay monthly and noticed in recent weeks the service was not working as it should be. I completed a contact form to inform the company of my issue as I was unable to gain access to the members area. Unfortunately it got no response. A few days later I made contact through their support email address. They informed me they had not received the first contact. Anyway, they proceeded to tell me they no longer provided a monthly service just a 6 monthly or yearly subscription. They never addressed the issue of not being able to access the members area and continued to collect my monthly subscription through Pay Pal. I have tried several times to make contact with the owner about the payment they have taken. They will not communicate with me. I have alerted Pay Pal and have opened a dispute. I also cancelled the monthly subscription through Pay Pal. I don't know how this company expected me to take a 6 month or 1 year subscription based on their fraudlant activity. Stay clear.
