This was my first time using this kind of service, and Lisa immediately put me at ease. Her premises are lovely, and she made me feel really comfortable throughout. She explained all the options available to me thoroughly and checked in at every stage to make sure I felt reassured and happy with what was happening. Lisa is nothing short of amazing. To say I was nervous about getting Botox for the first time is an understatement… but after meeting her I was reassured, confident and well informed. Had masseter Botox for teeth grinding 3 months ago and I’m obsessed. She made the whole thing so easy and comfortable, explained everything perfectly, and the results are unreal — my jaw tension is gone and my face actually looks slimmer! Feeling fab and would recommend her a million times over.

Face2Face Wirral amazing! From the initial consultation to having Botox Lisa took her time to go through exactly what she was going to do and why. I had my initial consultation, seeing the nurse and then my appointments. I felt so comfortable and safe. I was a bit nervous but Lisa explained it all and didn’t rush or make me feel like I was asking silly questions. Great service and I can’t wait for my next treatment. Thank you xx

I’ve been to other aesthetic practitioners before Lisa but felt I wasn’t really getting the results that I wanted. In my first meeting with Lisa it was clear that she was very knowledgable and gave me a good overview of my skin and what could be achieved. She listened to some of my past concerns and I have to say my results were exactly what I’d been hoping for. I’d 100% recommend Lisa if you’re after someone who will give you an honest assessment of what can be achieved for you and not a one size fits all approach.

I’m so pleased!! I went for anti wrinkle treatment and wanted to feel less tired looking. I have been really pleased and surprised at how good the results are. Just all so natural. Firstly Lisa is so knowledgeable and I’d trust her advice in anything skin related. She understood exactly what I was after and explained it all to me really well. My results are I have freshen face, so much smoother, so much brighter, eyes more open and not so heavy all while having that natural not over done look. Very glad I went for it and wouldn’t have trust anyone but Lisa to do it for me.
