A total scam

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from this company - same issue as others are reporting. Clearly a total scam. In March, I contacted customer service rep 'Hannah' as my order hadn't arrived 2 weeks after ordering was told this was due to the coronavirus affecting shipping. 2 months later now, and 'Hannah' is not responding to my emails asking for a refund. Getting in touch with my bank for a refund now.

Beware of Facebra!!! Horrible experience!!!

For me to come public with a negative review speaks volumes about Facebra and specifically their customer service rep Hannah.

On January 25, 2021 I placed my order for a Facebra, I waited 2 weeks before following up.

I was given the run around from Hannah since I first reached out from her fulfillment team is closed, the fufillment hasn't gotten back to her, to my order is held up in US customs due to Covid, although I do not live in the U.S?!?!?!

Hannah apologized repeatedly, but flat out ignored my requests for a full refund.

It is now April 2, 2021 and I still haven't received my order or heard back from Hannah regarding my refund.

My customer experience was horrible. and I can only imagine what their product would be like,if I ever rec'd it.

I'm out $25.00usd and at this point it's more about principle, but I know "a man can only reap what he sows." Certainly bad karma and a bad look for Facebra!

If anyone requires additional proof i.e email interactions etc. I am more than happy to provide.

A waste really

A waste really, it arrives in a bin bag taped up with no safety warnings and no guides, no labels to tell you what material it’s made out of. I am a 5ft’0 petite woman and it just slides off my head/face and won’t stay on.

They refuse returns.

Bought their facebra to compress my double chin - don’t ask lol.

After paying them what I thought was a discounted promotional price of £16.50 on line, I found it listed all over the place being sold by third party agents for as little as £4.00. It clearly pays to do your research first.

Anyway, it arrived about 10 days later and to cut to the chase, it doesn’t fit. It’s clearly designed for women and doesn’t fit most men’s heads. The fact that it was pink should have been a clue regarding its target demographic but you live and learn. Sigh!

I duly asked for a return and refund, only to be told that their policy only permits refunds if the goods were damaged.

I’ve now reminded them of UK Distance Selling Regulations that allow customers to return goods for ANY reason within 14 days of receipt and now await their response.

I also told them that PayPal and my Credit Card company will support the legislation and refund me if they won’t - after suspending payment if I raise a dispute.

I’ll now give them 48 hours to reply before raising the dispute.

Update: A supervisor has now written to apologise and provide a returns address in ‘Australia’. I wonder how much postage is from the UK?

P.S. You should take a moment to read their FAQ’s. They contravene every piece of UK returns legislation.

Buyer Beware!
